Hello Doctor! I have been following your protocol in hopes that it will help arrest my Peripheral Neuropathy that no one has been able to find a cause for. Hi, Dr G-I just completed my 6th and final chemo, for stage 3 breast cancer. Have been making your smoothies after 7-10 after each, for recovery. Next step, mastectomies, radiation, and infusions. Hi! I have lupus (diagnosed 2021)with recurring ascites and plural effusions that cause me to have to remove large amounts of fluid (7-13L)every 2-3 weeks. Should I still try to drink the recommended 96oz of water a day on the Goodbye Lupus Protocol? Any thoughts about the recurring fluid retention? Tests show no problems with my liver, heart, or kidneys. Thanks for all you do :D

Brooke I’ve noticed that neither of your books show cancer on the cover as being treatable. I know that you do say you’ve had good results with cancer patients. I’m wondering if you think that I should recommend your book to someone with a type of lymphoma who has been on and off chemo for years. The person is still eating a sad diet as far as I know.

Sometimes what happens with me is my arthritis/ joint pain gets better, but fibromyalgia is still there so I still have muscle pain. It’s kind of a mystery that I still. I’m not sure how this happens or why.

Hi Dr. G. I am on green smoothie for 9 weeks now for SLE Lupus. I can see the result but my acid reflux. It can't be controlled without Omeprazole 20 mg. My primary care provider ordered for H Pylori stool test. Result came out that h Pylori detected. She prescribed four kind of medicines. Three of those are antibacterial. My question is should I take those medicines or just keep going with green smoothie? Thank You.

Me too!! I stopped all those meds by just stopping eating/drinking coffee or black tea, fried foods and dairy, red meat, gluten, etc, but really important was reversing the quantity of meals. Not big meals at dinner! Go to bed with a mostly empty stomach xo

Even in her recipe book, Dr G doesn’t give exact amounts for the smoothies. It’s basically add your greens, like 6 cups of kale, your fruit, and the seeds then fill the blender so it covers about 3/4 of the contents. Personally, I use 32 ounces of water, and end up with about 48 ounces of smoothie, the. I just drink it throughout the morning. Also, I add about 1/3 cup of ground seeds.
