Hi Dr Goldner, I was shocked and so very saddened to hear of the loss of your son. You give so much to everyone even when you have suffered the most unimaginable loss, you still think of others. Most people would give up. You are truly a shining light and I aspire to be like you. Love and prayers to you and your family. May you all continue to enjoy the love of each other 💕💕💕

As someone who struggles with bad depression and anxiety and who has had my share of traumas over my life, I want to say thank you Dr G for sharing about your own trauma and about how gratitude is the thing to hold onto. I’ve been watching your videos for ages and am working on my health with green smoothies and hypernourishing etc but the depression has been so deep and never goes away., so it’s been so very helpful to learn from you about mental health and trauma even as you bravely go through something I can’t even imagine. You have shown me how to find a way through to joy. You’re just amazing and I love you so much and I thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr G. ❤🙏 Jaye

Your influence today saved me from a poor Door Dash decision! I thought about you and your stories about bringing you own food to social events and I just sat for a bit, not acting on my cravings. Then I remembered the cheesy nooch dressing I made a while ago from your new book and had that with some raw broccoli and cauliflower. And it tasted great! A lot like victory 😁👍

I am so sorry for your loss. Saw the older video with one of your sons as a baby in a highchair, being fed green smoothie from a dropper, and he was so happy. I know that you would recognize strange symptoms in a patient easily, but some of us go to the doctor and they cannot figure it out , so the endless regimen of antibiotics and steroids makes one find their own answers. Thank you for the blessings you shower on us.

Lots of docs refuse to test. If your doctor runs every test you ask for, then you're lucky. Dr. G probably requests that they test.

It's not as easy to get diagnosed as she says. I've been going to doctors for years for things like fatigue, and didn't get diagnosed with most things until my 50s. One thing was obvious at my first adult doctor's appointment at age 18, but the rest took 35+ more years, for conditions that could/should have been diagnosed when I was a child. Most doctors don't really care, and assume everyone is healthy until they're risking death.

I love smoothie, but it makes me very tired and sleepy. When I finish big cup in the morning I feel , I need to take nap , very hard to push my self to function . it’s knocking me down, if I have it for breakfast. Is that normal ? When I have it for lunch or later during the day , when I’m running around at work I usually don’t have those feelings? Can it be issue with morning sugar level . I also have low thyroid , can that be connected with my problem?
@andreawisner73589 ай бұрын
Try reducing or eliminating the fruit from your smoothies. Also be sure that you're not adding anything like sugar or milk. Another possibility is that your smoothies are too small. It's hard for anyone to know what the problem is without more detail. Maybe you're not sleeping well?

@amefibrasil60589 ай бұрын
You’re not supposed to juice. It’s a smoothie. You put fruits , greens and chia seeds in the blender with water.
@andreawisner73589 ай бұрын
You need a ton more food than that. She recommends putting several pounds of food into smoothies and salads. HUGE smoothies. HUGE salads. I think she gives more details on her website and in Files on her Facebook group.
