Thank you for your important work!! Having Lupus nephritis from 13 years old, and doing hiper -nourishment and Vegan for 2 y now, feel fantastic. Stopped most of my medication (with doctor's approval of course!) And got much lower BP🥳 Inflammation is gone. Feel healthy and energetic and keep getting tons of compliments on looks 😂 Such a magical program! Can't thank you enough. Marry Christmas!

My wbc are always around +/-3 last 5 years on vegan even with junk. No other markers. I think that's just now my thing. I will try HN anyway. I love the idea of that, I think it good for prevention just in case.

Dr. G, when drinking the full 64 oz green smoothie daily (since early 2022) my bladder feels ‘agitated,’ especially if I place spinach and pineapple in it. Have had a few UTIs. Also went to Oat milk this year. What do you recommend so this does not happen. I’m a 55 year old celibate female.

My opinion, oat milk may have gluten. Also 64 oz may be too much

She does mention in a couple of her videos that almond milk is okay if you don't have nut allergies. I would try a clean almond milk like Malk or Three Trees almond milk. I started doing my own almond and walnut(for omega3) milk at home and use that for my hyper nourishment smoothies. Hope this helps, sending healing vibrations to you 🙏🏽💓

@sarahd1706

Maybe you can see what her husband says to add to build muscle. Otherwise, Dr. Goldner is not for adding protein, it’s processed & unnecessary. The seeds & greens have all the protein you need. & saves money not to use them.

I think the fact that her protocols are vegan indicates how she feels about carnivore. Watch many of her interviews (I first saw her on chef AJ) or her free classes on her website and she explains that animal.products are inflammatory.

She's said the answer plenty of times. Raw plant-based is the way to go for the fastest results. You can still enjoy inflammatory foods like meats and dairy while on hyper nourishment but the results will just take longer that way or not be as good.

So…. Can this “hyper nutrition “ reverse permanently heal psoriasis or eczema? My skin is so itchy and almost unbearable, at times, I even have my private areas who are experiencing skin peeling and itching till I bleed! I have had to use triamcinolone (steroid), in the past and up until recent, to help me not scratch myself too much, but it doesn’t last! I also know steroid creams are terrible and have adverse side effects 🥹
