Thank you so much, growing up in Italy in the 70s, Christmas was a Sunday dinner with a pandoro or panettone, not the crazy bingeing and obsessive consumption that begins in November or even earlier in the UK and US. It's ridiculous and unnecessary, I focus on friends and great company and conversation and continue to eat my wonderful WFPB oil-free meals, I love chestnuts and winter squashes so I've incorporated these into my diet in the run-up to Xmas because they're often unavailable otherwise, but that's about it, I never put on weight over the holidays and it's sad so many people use them as an excuse to binge - it's a dangerous slippery slope considering how easily you can (re)trigger bingeing and other eating disorders, feelings of shame, depression, not to mention heart attacks, etc. I'll just keep eating my usual food with roast chestnuts as the only treat every second day and after eating, a nice walk

We don't celebrate those. No overeating things we shouldn't, no stress having to climb over others in the stores for the deals! 😁 We do get together with friends and family and try to help others that are depressed.❤ Looking forward to your recipes!! 😋

So many good questions and answers today! I have bipolar, ADHD and anxiety along with a health dose of PTSD. 😂 It’s great to hear that hyper nourishment will help with these things. I also was worried about keeping warm with the smoothies and the answer was obvious 😂

Thank you for the Vitamin D info. I was taking 1500 iu a day and was still a little low (per 2 different doctors) . Sounds like I need to take a loading dose.
@Cindi-ub8or11 ай бұрын
Dr. G, Can you let us know the loading and maintenance dose for children who are low in Vitamin D (ages 7-12)? My kids and I all hover around 30 so I know what I need to do to increase mine thanks to this episode but I’d be so grateful for guidance on what I can do for them. One has food allergies and another frequent “growing pains” so I’m sure this would really help them. Many thanks! ❤

I made the 64 oz smoothie but had mild histamine reaction to the spinach in the smoothie (skin itching and under eye hive). Will the hyper nourishment smoothie still be effective using a mix of different lettuces like Romaine and adding kale but eliminating spinach?
@Karenhypnotic11 ай бұрын
In case the doctor isn’t able to answer. You can use any green cruciferous vegetables to my understanding so kale and Swiss chard minus the spinach should work well.

Hi Dr Brooke Goldner, I recommend my friend to consider to reach out to you before making the decision to do surgery (hysterectomy). I learned today that she has 11cm fibroids in her uterus and causes her to bleed for 4months. Do you have patients with the same condition that you have helped out reversing it? How can my friend reach out to you? Thank you so much. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Depends on the cancer. Find out if it is a sugar or fat metabolizer. If sugar metabolized, then yes, stay away from sugars

In a instant my life changed, triple heart bypass .one year full vegan . Have major angina, unstable blood pressure, diabetes, skin disease , huge pimple like sores all over my body. Whithin 3 weeks of carnivore , no angina, no blood pressure issues , all pimples and skin problems are no more , A1c score is down dramatically. Thank GOD for leading me to the CARNIVORE . My doctor is totally blown away and asked why I didn't say anything to her, I told her she wouldn't approved unless i showed her proof. Man , the pain and suffering i was in really scared me . For a year I thought today I meet the lord , thank you Jesus!!! But he had a different plan for me !!!
