His wife gave interview, and the reason of his death was Covid. Before he moved to Czech again, he was in Dubai and get full medical heart check and all seemed normal. But in Czech he got Covid and got a severe complications that affected his heart. He lost a ton of muscle and didn’t go to the gym and started feeling better, but one day when his wife got up he was preparing breakfast, he just fall down. He was hospitalised but the doctors couldn’t save him. Really sad that it all ended this way. He was genuinely good guy.

I just got through Anatomy and Physiology I & II and of all the things I learned about the body, the kidneys were absolutely mind blowing. The complexities of what they do (constantly), how poor kidney function can impact the body, and how sensitive they are to blood pressure was amazing.

Ive seen too many guys in our thing use momento mori as an excuse to live a grotesquely unhealthy life. Remember, remembering your own mortality is meant to HUMBLE you and not meant to be taken as a license to engage in gratuitously risky behaviour.

I would not dismiss the drug use at all. But in one video he said he had horrible covid attack and had lost 40 percent of his lung function. Was not able to even workout at any type of real level. Not saying it is the one cause or reason. This sport cost us all in the end. Enjoy it while you can.

Extremes are what kills some people. It's actually cruel because some get away with it but others don't and I believe a lot of it is genetic. Extreme bulking or extreme cutting and your rolling that dice. It's as simple as that.

This is just my thought process about it: While I think it’s a horrible thing to have happen to him, especially in light of the fact that he was ONLY 36 YEARS OLD, one has to wonder why no one was trying to talk to him about his gear usage. Why his doctors weren’t monitoring him and his bloodwork. Why he himself didn’t take the initiative to make sure he was in good health and if he wasn’t(which ultimately he wasn’t cause heart attack) to make the changes to be around for a long time. The man leaves behind his wife and she has to deal with being a widow now. Sadly. Illim is just the latest example of what can happen when you don’t do what you need to do to take care of your body and health and just chase muscle size/strength. At the end of the day, I hate to say this, but the man died doing what he loved. He had to have known the risks going into this game, knowing that his life expectancy was going to be drastically reduced being the size he was. So his passing is a direct result of his actions or inactions. If anything, I feel more bad for the wife. I hope she’s able to find some peace and try to eventually move forward with her life. It reminds me of guys like Stan effdering. I’m sure he probably did gear at some point, but knew when to get out of the game while he still could.

I've seen a few of his videos. He came across as the "smartest guy in the room," having an answer to everything. How are you going to debate a guy who has read all these studies, and picked up all the tricks of the trade from others. Cause every problem has an answer. It's part of our society. It is how you sell ideas/products.

If you go watch his channel you will see he thought he was being healthy. I kid you not, he would mention why he did certain things and it was because it’s better for health.

Pretty sure Stan Efferd8ng and Matt recommend something like 500 mg's of potassium a day. I can't imagine your electrolyte supplement is higher than that.

I've always tlifted weights and at 47 I noticed frothy urine. I'm overweight for decades, as a I like my food including plenty of sweets and ,I smoked on and of off until 47. At 5 foot 5 i weight just over 200 ppunds my blood pressure was at times 170/100, and I drive for a living. 8ve also developed heart issues with many symptoms such as hair .loss on calves, franks ear and ED. I'm 50. Now I've lost a bit of weight and brought my BP down but it's a constant struggle to eat healthy,, I've done medical tests which came back fairly normal. I'm fairly fit as I did a 2 hour weights workout the other day over 50 sets, . I also take xupplements , k2, D3, magnesium, multi vit, aged garlic, coq10,fish oils. I eat more fruits and vegies, whole eggs and plenty of meat. I've never taken any PEDs so it goes to show being over weight and sedentary for too long can wreak some serious health issues. Please stay active and don't eat processed food. Or put on weight,

@@L_3551 which is perfectly good excuse for somebody with his "achievemeants" while things that have been used by him are responsible for his heart problems. There are many athletes with heart issues that were overusing peds(at the highest lvl there is no other way) and are long dead before reaching their 40s. Guys dont be fools, everything has its consequence.
