Matt, you're the first weight lifter that I've seen talk about this stuff and it's awesome to see! Wish more coaches were able to talk more in-depth with nutrition in terms of grass-fed, cooking utensils, GMO and pesticides/herbicides, etc. Thanks for all you're doing!@

I swore I remembered you saying something about dairy having a negative affect on testosterone and estrogen production. Knowing you're onboard with the vertical diet I was very confused when Stan posted on Instagram a few days ago talking about how milk (and dairy in general) being bad is a myth. Very interesting

I still believe the dairy thing. Not a fan at all and only get digestive issues from it - further backing my thought. Go off dairy 30’days and ad fit back in. Have toilet ready

Some people can't handle it, sometimes your processing ability goes down with age, and life is too short to put up with foods that dont like you just because it's called healthy.

steak, eggs, butter, raw milk, sea salt, spring water. Brother came over my house one day and said "wtf, you don't have anything in your fringe" lol If you care about the quality of your food, you should start getting your eggs from local farmers. Factory raised chickens are disgusting, I can't eat store bought eggs, gives me the shits. Also as much as I respect Efferding, I disagree with him on some of the stuff he says. Quality is everything, it's why I source ALL my food from local farms. He is dead wrong about salt too, table salt is man made, it's like putting shards of glass through your veins, your body literally can't break it down. Main reason milk is bad is because A) factory farmed animals live in terrible conditions and pumped full of drugs, and by the time the milk gets to the consumer it's already weeks old B) We are not meant to drink pasteurized dairy.
