Not sure where else you can buy it maybe California weped other than that everything was purchased from Korea sorry I couldn't help you

Read the manual,,maybe there's certain way you need to activate the second USB..or.....contact Weped and ask

There is no manual to help you understand to program it I've been trying to communicate with them and I have gotten nowhere
