Man! Everything you said was spot on. Those are the same thoughts I had years ago. While others think Tomlin is a great coach. No, he's good, not great. I thought the same about Flores, too. Keep these videos coming. I like the deep inside thoughts being talked about.

They didn’t keep Flores because Mike Tomlin has a history of sacking coordinators who could potentially threaten his job.

Yeah, I was a little baffled at why the Steelers didn't bring back Brian Flores. They need to let Tomlin go! Maybe he'll do what Reid did with a fresh start. It will be the same ol' story next year, and the year after, and the year after. What bothers me is all these media heads talk about how great Tomlin is (I do think Tomlin is a really good coach, he's no scrub), but when it matters, he comes up short. He either gets out coached in the playoffs or goes up against a really good team like the Chiefs and comes out flat. I think that 3-game stretch was a test to see what we were really capable of, against high-caliber playoff teams and we failed miserably. The only silver lining i am giving the Steelers is they had little rest and preparation playing 3 of the most difficult teams in the NFL all within 10 days (I am choosing to end the rant here). Otherwise, Same Shit, Different Year!

Tomlin is outdated in every single way. His offensive philosophy is straight out of 2005. He hasn't adapted AT ALL. He still absolutely believes it's possible to win games doing nothing but rushing and it's just not. ONE team in the NFL right now rushes well, the Eagles, that's it. Name me ONE other team that is rush first, rush second, rush always. Teams like the Packers with Josh Jacobs and the Ravens with Henry both SUPPLEMENT a very good run game with very good or at least above average passing. Tomlin legitimately deluded himself into thinking the Steelers were going to be out there playing like the Eagles are....with Najee Harris as our lead rusher. It's dumb as fuck. His defensive philosophy is vanilla as hell too. Soft zone coverage all game long. Ignores the middle of the field over and over which is why basically every even remotely adequate TE destroys us there. Mark Andrews, Kelce, etc. The middle of the field doesn't exist to Tomlin....either defending against it or using it for ANY of our QBs. Sideline shots ONLY regardless of who is throwing. We aren't winning anything of importance until Tomlin and his outdated, bullshit philosophy leave.
