Why would you not name the company and save others from the same scam ‘cos scam it was?

Because we live in very litigious times and viewers should now be armed with enough info to avoid this possible scam, not just from the agent we used, but perhaps others too.

@@greymatters1950your reply is as I would expect but your evidence is strong (leastways your card provider thinks so) and a scammer would generally keep their head down and wait till Joe Public forgets
