Man I hope we get the Midnight Sons in the MCU or better yet Nick Fury's Howling Commandos we already have Blade, Werewolf by Night and Man Thing now we just need the Frankstein's Monster and N'Kantu, the Living Mummy and we got at least one iteration of the team in the MCU.

Technically speaking we do already have the Howling Commandos in the MCU, just not led specifically by Nick Fury, in the MCU they are led by Captain America prior to him being frozen. As far as Midnight Sons, I do think we'll get them eventually. My personal line up for them has been Moon Knight, Blade, Ghost Rider, and Punisher, and we'll probably also get Werewolf by Night and Elsa Bloodstone on the team, as well as perhaps Black Knight.

I hope my Boi! MOON KNIGHT makes an appearance in this special. Speaking of "Living Mummy"... I have a theory that MK's 3rd transformation will be a combination of Jake Lockley & The Living Mummy. Also been waiting to see Man-thing since Maria Hill name dropped him during season 1 of Agents of Shield

They would all make sense, but I'm not really sure Wong would really have the time or really want to do it, Agatha isn't really herself right now, and I believe Brother Voodoo died in the first Doctor Strange movie. I'm not saying they wouldn't work or shouldn't be on the team or whatever, I'm just saying that as of right now they don't really seem to be able to be on the team.

Especially knowing now Werewolf by night will include Elsa Bloodstone and Man-Thing that's 3 people who have been members alone. Plus Doctor Strange, Wong, Moon Knight, have been members and are in the MCU already. Blade is on his way as well, and idk if you've been watching She Hulk but after the last episode I would bet money Ghost Rider debuts relatively soon.

1. It would be kinda dope if it ended up being a series that in the last episode it pans out and a character is actually watching kinda like wandavison how the agents were watching the events in real time like a show. 2. I could also see depending on when it releases that in quantum mania or some other way that the multiverse is in essence closed off by kang and the only access point for the heroes is to find man thing and go through his portal in the Everglades and that way it could be tied into a film.

This is a special, not a series, meaning that it'll only be 1 "episode". Werewolf by Night releases October 7, 2022 and Quantumania releases February of 2023, and Loki Season 2 releases later in 2023.

Quick theory: the Nexus of Realities connects with the new TVA, being some kind of multiversal HUD for Kang, so a big part of the scenes in the trailer (and a portion of the action) happen there once the monster hunters and the werewolf got "accidentally" transported there while following their quest.

He tends to do that. He has very specific taste and whenever the MCU doesn’t cater to that specificity I believe he dismisses it missing the point. Disney/MCU have to grab the attention of the general audience along with staying true to comics which I strongly believe they are doing fantastically. Give it a few months and he will probably stay that “Werewolf by Night” sucked. He has done it with most other MCU projects.

My crackpot theory is that since Loki came out any of these shows could of taken place in another universe and were just watching a variant. The big kang finale will compact these universes/characters and will work as a soft reset giving us X-men and other characters as main MCU characters.

Im honest, I’m still not down for the whole thing being in black and white (except one movie), but I diiiiiiiig the story and I hope for Man-Thing to somehow make it into colored projects like Loki S2 or via Kang Dynasty ! Would be cool as a series with all different types of horror, like per episode a la WandaVision. Looks like Werewolf gets pruned, because in the scene he disappears behind the killed guard, but that’s obviously not very lasting hopefully. One scene got werewolf grabbed by Man-Thing whos coming out of a bush, somehow I get labyrinth garden vibes, maybe there’s the nexus as well on the bloodstone yard !
