I'm with you completely. She was Timothy's best friend and once girlfriend or lover, according to Grizzly Man documentary, they met at a themed type restaurant. She appeared lackadaisical and not sincerely interested in the rapport with Werner Herzog but then again he was making a film about her friend so there's gonna be a little weirdness. The part with Medical Examiner was funny and weird.. The audio of Timothy getting mauled to death that has been floating around YT for years I think it's real, I think it's authentic. We have to remember that Jewel was given Timothy's belongings, ie camera, watch, etc. Timothy Treadwell died October 6, 2003. Werner Herzog did the documentary August 12, 2005. Jewel already had the the audio tape (from the camera). In the Grizzly Man documentary, Werner is listening to the audio- you know that clip. It appears he's presenting Jewel with the tape and telling her never to listen to it, destroy it. It looks as if Werner had the tape in his possession. How could he?

I think that in these present times, full of CCTV, Cellphones, Instagram, and Facebook, there are almost always some type of footage or film whenever anything happens. Especially tragedy. With it being that type of world we live in, society has gotten to a point where we almost feel entitled to be shown these things. We sometimes forget that these things that are playing out on the screens in front of us are actually real life. Not a fictitious choreographed video. And with that, we also tend to forget that there's victim's families out there who should never have to worry about accidentally clicking on those types of things. If they choose to not view the footage, then that's where it should stay. It should not be up to the public. When things like this accidentally get "Leaked" w/o permission, it no longer just News or Media Clips; that's when it becomes a voyeuristic disrespectful act of indecency.
