Sir i am 24 years old, i have been doing different diet and excercise pattern on my body from last 4 years and , believe me , only few of patterns works in natural body building , i gained 16 inch bicep only by good diet + 9 hours sleeping and more cardio, i tried increasing my testo naturally and results are outstanding.......

Sir, I have been following you for quite some time now, and I appreciate the amount of information you provide in your videos. But I must say one thing, there is a high tendency of diverting from the title of the video in your content. You talk about everything but the topic you mention. Either you set the title according to your content, or allign your content according to the title. We visit your videos with an expectation to know about a topic that is mentioned in the title. It is dissapointing if you talk about a lot of random stuffs which might be related to the topic but not the exact topic for which we primarily are watching the video for. Hope you would understand and please ensure that your content is to the point.

Hi sir, mere pas sirf ek pair dumbbells hai. 30 pounds each. Main usi se workout karta hu aur abhi usi se main German Volume Training kar raha hu. Main isme cardio aur push-ups bhi include karta hu. Kya isse achhe gains aa sakte hai? Main koi supplements nahi leta. Eggs, chicken and milk pe depend karta hu. Creatine lene ka soch raha hu. Shall I proceed?

Namste sir I watch your videos regularly. What you tell is very very practical I m middle class house wife and mother commonly I don't have time to do exercise in morning and according me I m having normal food what our Dadi and nani recipies before bcz of of my health problems I have gained weight I want loose my weight bcz I m facing problems to do my daily works but I can't do deit I just want to be active only for that I want to exercise some one tells exercise is effective only in empty stomach I mean only in morning is true sir. Can I exercise after one hour or two hours of breakfast.
