Great video! Small bedrooms for 8mm, but thats NYC for you. Still hope you are planning to get into Westchester soon. :)

I might have a work opportunity at NYU Langone, and damn looking at the market I guess NJ would offer better housing

I love the second apartment, especially the floor through aspect, the views, the finishes, and that square footage, which is perfect for one or potentially two people. That third apartment though I don't know. Do I have to walk through a sea of coats to get to the living space? If so that feels like a miss to me. Not exactly a luxury touch.

The first one is insane. It can't be worth more then 450k and that is pushing it.

The apt next door sold for around the same price

Major bs. I am a real estate agent. That first place is like 200 sq ft 700k $7000. It's actually worth 300k and $3500 rent max

There's a reason Cash Jordan stopped doing real-estate videos. These prices are too crazy for 99% of New Yorkers. Good luck with the channel.

I'm not cash jordan and have sold way more than he has in his real estate career. Thank you for watching.
