The houses were spacious, but man they are complete teardowns. Black tile? I feel like Tony Soprano designed the interiors🎉

Thanks for watching. Which one?

It was the Queens listing.. light hardwood floor to black tiled kitchen/countertops and then the same thing upstairs in the bathroom. It feels like a late 90s interior

location, location, location. Too much demand for a specific location makes even small apartments like these costs millions of dollars. NYC desperately needs more housing to address the high demand/high price issue.

This is actually so helpful. I'm particularly interested in moving to New York so getting a feel for what the difference price points offer in various locations is 👌

Ryan Serhant did a property tour in Wall Township. 33 Acres. He said same property in the Hamptons is $150M. Its called the Montecitto in Wall, NJ. Like $16M

As always , an excellent presentation. The properties ? The apartments have great views , but are essentially sheetrock boxes - to spend all that money - and one enters the kitchen. Inadequate bathrooms - toilets should be separate from the bathroom - and how come no bidet or Toto toilet ? The "mansions " - one is just chipped concrete block made to look like stone ,and the other is architecturally a mess...

I feel sorry for anyone who has to live in these areas. It isn't the prices that would be a negative, it is being surrounded by millions of people. I grew up on Long Island and wouldn't even want to go up that way for a visit. Nothing compares with loving in a rural area.

Why would you turn the living room into a third bedroom in the first unit? 🧐 was that a moment of just needing something to say?

In my opinion I wouldn't do it but that's how the seller's agent is selling it

Thank you so much, I can’t wait! I have had a passion for real estate for as long as I can remember and I am seriously thinking of pursuing a career within the industry once I graduate from college! I’m currently a junior at Marist college in Poughkeepsie NY and I treat myself to watching your videos after I finish my hw for the day! 😀 NYC is definitely a market I wouldn’t mind trying to break into, thanks for all of the content that you make.
