It’s amazing that just changing the shape of the nozzle can draw soap through the hose

For the “after each use” instructions mine, the 3200psi model, says to disconnect the spark plug wire, is that the same as the spark plug boot?

@Tommy-rf9sw I would double check your manual - I don't believe you need to disconnect the spark plug or wire after each use. It only recommends removing the spark plug to prep it for long term storage. The wire and the boot are different parts, fyi. Messing with the spark plug without reinstalling properly could cause you more trouble in the long run.

@@fortorangewoodworking I double checked my manual and it definitely says “spark plug wire” on step 8 on the after each use section. It’s only on the quick start guide and not in the owner’s manual(doesn’t have after each use section). I think it even applies to the 2700 psi model if you want to check. Can you tell me what’s the difference between the plug and wire, I can’t identify it on the machine?

@Tommy-rf9sw I looked at both the quick start guide and user manual for your model and did not see what you're referring to. However, the wire and the boot are different parts. There shouldn't be a reason why you would need to do anything with either of them for after use, for short term storage. You may want to consult with Westinghouse to avoid nullifying your warranty or causing damage. I'm afraid I'm a user, not a technician, such as yourself.

@@fortorangewoodworking All right, thanks for the help. I ended up contacting Westinghouse and they said the boot/wire were the same and to disconnect it to follow the after use section for proper handling.
