I have had my Kranzle for years now, and never had a single issue. None of the people I know with a Kranzle unit have had issues. These things are built like tanks. But like anything in life, it's not impossible to have a unit go faulty. Even Toyotas have recalls and lemon cars.

Have now used this to clean house siding and it performed well kzbin.infoUgkx43QMbQqu67IZadu9ou8Sg1BdrunMRNqX I also bought some wand extensions which enabled higher washing without needing a ladder. I recommend both. This unit arrived quickly, was easy to assemble (only had to attach the handle), and arrived in perfect condition. The only very slight downgrade from a perfect score is the design has a low handle and requires pulling from the side. My old washer was an upright model, while this one is more horizontal. Other than that, it's perfect for my needs. It has a great deal of pressure and more easily cleaned the house siding, porch rails and concrete than did my older model. The engine is a bit louder, as well, but the total time to clean was reduced by the more powerful spray. Did I mention it starts on the first or second pull every time?!! I am definitely happy with this model.

@@PanTheOrganizerI recently got my first brand new car and it was so shiny I wanted to keep it that way. So when I first drove it, I saw some dust at one spot and I thought wiping it dry with a microfiber towel will do, but boy was I so wrong. It lightly scratched the paint! That got me triggered so I researched how to properly clean it then came across your video on how to wash a car then it’s a rabbit hole from there. I love cars but dont know anything engine-related. So knowing that there’s also a side to it that focuses on taking care of the appearance and cleanliness of the car got me excited!

Love my Greenworks 2000 psi at 1.2. Use the Uberflex 50 ft. hose. Now I’m not a pro detailer but I use on our vehicles at the house and other family members. But it’s not all about the pressure washer but the products you use as well. Washer and products go hand in hand. And lastly, is the time you take to wash the vehicle. If you think you can wash, dry and detail in half an hour, you probably won’t get great results.

I bought the little Ryobi 1800 at Home Depot a few short months ago for detailing my personal vehicle (I'm not a professional). The first few times it worked flawlessly. This most recent time it started out okay, but then just stopped creating any pressure...it would run continuously but zero pressure. I should add that I ditched the Ryobi accessories and using a 25' flex hose and McKillan's foam cannon and swivel handle. I'm now looking to replace it with something else, so hopefully this video will present me with several options. Doubt that I'll be buying anything Ryobi in the future.

It ran me $200, and the first one stopped working after 9 months of consistent use, I have an "interesting" way of getting it replaced for free without a warranty, and it works. So far on my 2nd one and It's beautiful. Idc wat anyone tells me, spending over 1k for a pressure washer is absolute overkill. At that point, one just wants top of the line to fulfill their ego and emotional "wants." Hecke, a $150 pressure washer with a warranty is a better deal.*

I tried multiple versions of pressure washers before but honda for the price is superior in every way and built to last..... same goes for generators by Honda.... as far as the accessories I am willing to see what I can adapt in my day to day flow...... but as far as pressure washers Honda is your best bet (as long as you maintain it)

Greenworks GWP3000 electric. 3000psi 2GPM, 110VAC, and uses standard 1/4" connections. If you need more power, look at the 3000PSI 5GPM 220VAC North Star electric, which is absolutely amazing if you have a 220VAC NEMA connection for it in your garage. Both also come with uberflex hoses.

Before my higher end Kranzle unit, I had a Karcher K5 pressure washer for over a decade and it was very good, still running like new. Only issue is it had proprietary Karcher fittings, so you needed bayonet adapters to attach things like a foam cannon, and the K series usually aren't serviceable. They're meant for light duty home use, not for heavy duty commercial use, hence the lower price. We don't have the K7 in North America, but it's their highest end in Europe. Seems like a very good unit Simon.

Very smart guys demonstrating and talking about these machines... Admittedly & unfortunately too smart for me to follow.. I could never understand all the different recommended modifications and parts to swap out to improve the machine's performance.. I think I'd just lose money I couldn't afford to.. Wish there was an electric Pressure Washer that could be purchased, that comes with what's necessary to just Foam my car, and rinse it off right out of the Box --- without having to try to find & purchase alternative hoses, Foam Cannon, adapters, disconnects, orifices etc.. JUst a simple setup that's easy to understand and ready to use... I do enjoy these Vids though and learned alot from these 2 gentlemen.

Pan, been going down this rabbithole of choosing my first pressure washer and am going back and forth with either the Active 2.0 or Ryobi 1800 "Josh" Setup. I do not want to spend a lot of $ but with getting active 2.0, quick connects, and swivel stubby gun already is looking at ~$500 USD without even adding to a new hose, foam cannon, etc. But with a Ryobi 1800, I could fit new hose, gun, foam cannon, products, etc. Not sure what to really do, what would you recommend?

The delay on the greenworks 2300 is a little annoying, but for once a week car wash its not a big deal, and getting higher PSI for cleaning around the house makes it the perfect washer for the average homeowner. I've had one for a month and its great. Plus it comes with and Uberflex hose, but only 20 feet, which is not a big deal for a unit on wheels.

I bought a Westinghouse pressure washer that claims to be 2100 psi and 1.76 gpm. It’s about the same size as the ryobi or craftsman so I’m doubting it reaches those numbers. Is that too powerful to wash my car? I tested it on a steel wheel and I had to get within 6 inches with a 15 degree nozzle to clean some dried brake dust and pollen.

The gist of the video was: get as close as possible to 1000psi, then as much GPM as you can afford. Larger orifice gives higher flow but lower pressure. Why no more than 1000psi, damage car I assume? What kind of damage? Higher GPM I assume just lets you work faster.

Most consumer grade pressure washer manufacturers will tell you that their pressure washers are rated at 100 hours. Case in point, from James, the head of Active himself, here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nXq9aK2rZdt9mNk Typically, pressure washers are built to certain specs, to respect a certain price point. Like anything in life, nothing is built to last for ever, so most pressure washers have a life cycle where they should operate within specs and also respect the warranty. If a pressure washer is rated for 100 hours of use, that doesn't mean it will automatically stop working at 100 hours. It depends on many factors like use case scenario, operation, maintenance, if you properly use it, etc. It's like a car engine. A car engine can have a warranty of 60,000 miles, but that doesn't mean the engine will die at 60,000 miles. Some people might get 500,000 miles with no issues, others might see problems after only 10,000 miles. I would recommend that you watch an interesting discussion Matt (Obsessed Garage) had with a head of Active pressure washers, and how they are built, use case scenarios, etc: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nXq9aK2rZdt9mNk

Hey Pan! that was awesome, having my 2 favourite detailers join forces!! Pan, I am really struggling to decide mostly on the GW 2300 or the GW 2700…it’s mostly for washing my cars..one thing I’m worried about is the 14 amp because I have the standard 15 amp GFI to plug into..not really wanting to switch to a 20 amp right way. My Sunjoe 3000 just died last weekend, and that was a 14.5 amp I believe. The con on the 2300 for me is the delay that spits out a lot of soap out of the foam cannon before the pressure starts, lotsa waste. My biggest con on the 2700 is the continuous motor. So my 2 questions are should I get the 2300 or the 2700 and can I run it on a 15 amp. Thank you again for posting another Pantastic video!!

For example, with my high end Kranzle, it's recommended to shut the water off, then run the pump for 20 seconds with no water, to evacuate all remaining water from the system. But that doesn't apply to all pressure washers. Welcome to my channel. You discovered one of the biggest car detailing channels on KZbin as we surpassed 985,000 subscribers and we have over 135 million views! I have been detailing for 27 years and I love to share my knowledge and passion with my viewers. You found the right channel to help you learn everything about detailing.

Are there recommended accessories upgrades kits that include a foam cannon, gun, hose, and nozzle that are not in the $425+ price range from Obsessed Garage? If looking at your mid tier options, it would over double the price.
@PanTheOrganizer
@PanTheOrganizer Жыл бұрын
You would have to look for individual items on websites at that point. What's cool about Obsessed Garage kits is that he has tested different pressure washers with different upgrades, and came up with those packages so it makes it simple for a person to purchase. It takes time and energy to put these packages together.

Pan I read were some people will not buy the Kranzel 1122 . They fear that there are few who could repair the unit. I suspect that they have had problems with the low quality Pressure washers they once purchased. JMO

I never had a single issue with it. This is as high end as it gets. Built like a tank.

I think it's just an excuse not to purchase because of the price. I plan to hand mine down to my son.

Great video I'm subscribed to both... I currently have that Greenworks and it works great. The GFCI part tripped so I bypassed it. Since then I've had no problems with it. I've used well over 100 hours. That Krenzla I feel that they should put that water inlet connection lower. I use the gravity fed system. So for that unit you will need a pump for it.

Thanks for watching! I have the Kranzle 1122TST pressure washer and it's the best I have ever owned or tested. Built like a tank truly applies here. And when you use it, you lay it down flat. You don't use it upright. How did you discover my channel by the way? Welcome to my channel. @@PanTheOrganizer I like the Greenworks and the AR Blue. The AR Blue sounds better because of its longevity and performance. The Kranzle is fantastic but it's most recent price is $1500+. Obsessed garage will sell it with all new quick releases and guns for $1700+ . It's all for home use but I want longevity.

Merci
@PanTheOrganizer

For the active 2.0 being rated for 200 to 250hours that means it will stop working after 😅?
@PanTheOrganizer
@PanTheOrganizer 2 жыл бұрын
All pressure washers have usage ratings. It doesn’t necessarily mean they stop working after that. See it like a 60,000 miles warranty on a car’s engine. That doesn’t mean the engine stops working after that.
