The best about those appartments, it shows that Nairobians can afford these top notch appartments with their salaries! Because its not the "big men" only that can afford them. Kenyans habe come a long way and despite all the set backs and corruption they have created wealth with education, very good work ethics and dedication...as a foreigner who loves Kenya am so impressed with the process, u will think its a different town when u have seen Nairobi in 1998 like me...Napenda Kenya❤

I love your videos. Just some comments on whats on offer from an investor perspective. 297k usd is a bit rich tbh. Understand that you need to see the value prop in terms of rental returns. The price appreciation in dollar terms over the past few years. ETC ETC...comparatively for those prices your competing with texas, kuala lumpur, tiblisi, Dubai, and even Istanbul for a property in Africa. Those prices get you permanent residency and even citizenship in some countries. The staging was done very well. A very good use of space. The colors were on point. The finishing was very good as well as the appliances. For anyoe looking to invest do it in KSH not usd due to flactuations.
