@@emagotis The guy is BRILLIANT and she's obsviously threatened by his intelligence. The video is very short but she managed to attack him at every single sentence she farted there. Deep down she knows how banal she is. That's what she talks about her "interior design skills" 0 :53 , that random story of her graduating in law school 4 :01 , and then ask to be seen playing piano. To feel important I guess, but none of those "achievements" are related to the show. She frowns when she has to say "co-creator" as if she wanted the title "creator". She compliments him about his passion for futuristic transportation in the show, but call him a "big nerd" 2 :50 , which is a low-key insult. Then after a her nonsensical speech about data usages, she calls him "paranoid" 4 :57. Of course all that behind the disguise of being cheeky and bantering, but HE did not verbally slapped her once. Poor Jonathan please throw this toxic bitch away from you as fast as possible. The show will certainly get better...!!!

I looked it up. He and his brother both spent time in Chicago and the UK as kids, but then Jonathan Nolan decided to go to college in the US and Chris decided to go to college in the UK. Whilst at college, Jonathan, on a whim, simply decided to drop his British accent and adopt an American one.

i must add that i work in the data protection (freedom) and ai sector... and i always wondered if the creators really understood the implications of some discussions that they raised in the show, or if that was accidental. But hearing them, this series get even more relevant, because the drive within the characters and the society they live in is actually quite reciprocal to ours! Any landscape that invite us in, will have eyes on us! unless we start protecting people. in brazil me and some other concerned people are building the virtual democracies association, which aims exactly to protect humans from having freedom reduced to be trivially deterministic.

I Love how this show encourages me to dive deeper into topics like AI, big Data, "free" will, and more. I guess its the best thing a TV Show can give to me. They are a wonderful team and ask all the right questions. Its so cool to see that westworld is even part of scientific discussions or publications. So I'm not alone. I feel like Westworld is just Person of Interest, but told with a different setting, in a way that might capture people's minds better. Because the story is the same: Man builds a predictive machine so good at its job it can predict everything people will do, how to be responsible about such technology - and the aftermath of what happens when you get that technology into the wrong hands. In both cases, the first two seasons were merely a setup for the actual moral and philosophical questions of the later seasons. So from this, I can confidently say that this new season will shape up to be *really* interesting.

Chris wrote all of those along with him, and also wrote alone: Inception (in my opinion his second the most influential film of the century), Following, Dunkirk, and Tenet.
