I agree, we need a change in the system. Sadly, we need a government that isn’t corrupt to its core. It’s pretty obvious that there are those who keep the current system in place in order to prevent such from happening. Remember, people line up, and they want to “watch it happen”, but ultimately that’s as long as “they”, aren’t the ones that it’s “happening”, to”…

But what is the solution then? I think you’re watching these videos and exposing in these officers for being tyrants, and not knowing the law. And miss treating the public is part of the solution. And it would be nice to add the parts of qualified immunity that are so broken. Training officers not to bully so much. What is this officer really concerned about his safety? Or does he really he can ID somebody without Raz? Does he really think he shouldn’t have to investigate a trespass? Or are they all just trained to act this way? You saw the training out of New Jersey.

I get ya, I really do. I find it very educational to learn how horribly corrupt todays police are, and the many lies they will spew at us. Over time, hearing the same mantra of lies, I do find them to be a bit entertaining. Have you heard of “ Ancient Aliens” tv show? It’s very interesting and educational, yet the way it’s produced, it is entertaining. I guess everyone has a slightly different idea of what “ Entertainment “ is. For the most part I find these videos very important for our freedoms.

This guy was very new to doing audits when this was made. He walked back and forth filming the bank for a very long time waiting on the cops to get there. When he thought they weren't coming, he left. He did not leave the sidewalk. The cops always take the word of the caller as facts. That's a problem. These cops had the guy guilty. They didn't want to see any proof and it didn't matter what he said. This needs to change.

Although I can’t state with absolute certainty that the cop was lying when he said that, I definitely don’t believe him. Are we supposed to actually believe that the city police (or any particular governmental agency) has cameras filming all around the city AND that the cameras are being ACTIVELY monitored by on-duty officers? And for something as minor as a person walking onto bank property while filming the bank? I find that so UNbelievable. Which municipalities have budgets that can pay for that?! I’d love it if the police department was required to prove this in court!

@@Lifeblyfing They had information from a call. They did not speak to anyone in the bank or review the bank’s footage. Clues of this are the officers’ use of “they” rather than a particular individual from the bank and the lie about other officers witnessing the trespass via monitoring traffic cameras. They had a call, to dispatch which was then passed on to them. Thus they had no first hand knowledge. Because of their lack of knowledge the officer’s questions were designed to have the auditor admit to illegal activity. My comment is based on 30 years of performing cross examinations.

No, that is not the problem. QI is not what you think it is. It's simply immunity from a civil lawsuit, not criminal charges. Eliminating QI make it so the state does not have to pay out settlements, and the cops are so in debt, that even though they lost the lawsuit, there is no legal way for them to pay the settlement. Ask O.J. Nationwide QI abolishment means nobody who is abused ever gets a settlement. You fell for the propaganda again, don't feel bad most of us do. QI is not the problem, prosecutors who refuse to prosecute are the problem.

Interesting how the cop first tries to say he's investigating a trespassing charge... That is the first time the bank dealt with the guy... how can he be trespassing if he has never been trespassed? And on top of that, once there was a dispute of he said/she said for if he was on the side walk, why is a cop refusing the offer of evidence in his investigation and just taking the word of the complainant? FINALLY, even knowing his supervisor is en route, he casually throws cuffs on the citizen... because "strange." WHERE IS YOUR BRAIN OFFICER!?!?

Just the other day I was walking two dogs in my neighbourhood, literally 3 minutes from my house. An old feller came out of his garage and was like "are you right?" "what are you doing?". I said "Good evening, can I help you?" and he got angry and started yelling "can I help YOU! You're standing in front of my house! Take your dogs and get out of here!". Now the dogs weren't even peeing or anything, and I was walking, I just slowed down when he started talking to me. A lot of people just aren't used to the idea of a pedestrian in general, they drive everywhere. You can tell by the state of the sidewalks around here, they're so overgrown with bushes and you're always walking into spider-webs. Kids don't even play in the streets anymore. Now it wouldn't fly for them to pass a law that you cannot walk anywhere, but in the minds of many; it is absolutely criminal behaviour to be walking down the street. Now this old feller was insane, he got in his car and started driving down the street behind me, I started recording him following me. He was creepy, ill-mannered, and his behaviour was intimidating. But I'm sure in his mind it is I who was the suspicious one. What a world.

Even then, the courts can screw you over. Our system - lawmakers, courts, lawyers, DA's, cops - is systemically corrupt.

Man, you are absolutely my favorite channel on educating us about our rights! I have been watching for quite a few months now, and I have to tell you that it is, it definitely is and education. I have to hear your instructions and I have to hear you telling us about our rights and have to hear over and over again about what we should say and shouldn’t say… I have been studying and trying to remember all of the phrases and terms and the descriptions of our rights. It literally feels like I am in a classroom. That is not a bad thing, in fact it is a good thing to me! I really am learning a lot, and I know that I can be respectful with my voice, with my tone of voice to an officer, how ever… However I can confidentially express my rights. I know I do not have to show ID unless there is reasonable articulable suspicion that I have, or I am in the process, or I am about to commit a crime. Additionally, I have learned that suspicion is not a crime! Peoples feelings about being videotaped in public, is a mute topic. Suspicion is not a crime. My rights supersede anyone’s feelings or suspicions. Not only that, that reasonable articulable suspicion of a crime must be about me personally. Not about just anybody, but about me! Boy, I am learning things, and I am very very very thankful for this channel, And I still have a lot to learn… Now, I don’t just watch this for entertainment purposes. I watch it for educational purposes. And, I do my part to try to help others to be educated and know their rights so that we can fight back and so that we aren’t looked at as just being cop haters, because most of us are not just cop haters. We just want police to do The right thing. One easy example is that when someone is videotaping from a public sidewalk, and someone doesn’t like it or thinks it shouldn’t happen… The police who are normally called to the scene, should absolutely, absolutely, absolutely just tell those people that it is a persons constitutional right to videotape anything he sees or she sees From a public place. See? I think I am learning some things. I am trying very hard, and I truthfully, as cripple as I am, I would lay down my life in a heartbeat for our Constitution and our Bill of Rights… Semper Fi!

Where is it codified in the law that a citizen has to follow an unlawful order? Oh that's right - there is no law protecting us from official harassment and oppression. It's incumbent on us, if we even survive the police harassment, to hire lawyers (if you can find one brave enough to take your case) and then face a stacked court system where the judge and prosecutor both are working on the same side of the law - the side that sees us as cattle to be taxed and collected from by simply existing in a 'free' society...
