I have one computer that's a Windows Vista (only using it to play some old games that won't play on Win 7 on up) and not connected to the Internet; the other computer (Wiin 10 OS_ is connected (wireless). Does my Vista need to be connected to the Internet or can I download the file to a USB and install it on the Vista computer? If I can't then guess only option is to purchase a switch.. Thanks

The software needs admin rights. The company will not allow installing such apps. If you know of any hardware solution or software that doesn't require admin rights?

HELP. USB wireless adapter is in both laptops. Mouse(s) works on either/both laptops. Wireless keyboard ONLY works with the specific mouse it was purchased with. One laptop is Ethernet connected.
