I've read and listened to a lot about George, from his friends and in his own words. He absolutely lived an amazing life, full of Happy times, he was sensitive like many of us so things hurt, but he definitely enjoyed his time here, and knew how much everyone cared about him. It used to bother me wondering, so I spent the time to find out ❤❤ I mean come on, he had it all at different times in his life, pretty much the coolest man on the planet with such a gift of a voice, and lived exactly how he wanted to no matter what anyone thought, I admired that a lot. His music will be played forever.

They were always so happy together, life seemed like a joyous adventure for them. It's so great to see two people with a bond like that, it's so very rare. At least they still ket that great friendship. I read an article about Andrew's house in Cornwall, and the locals said that over the years they had got used to hearing George's helicopter landing in the field next to Andrew's house! And Andrew's ex, Keren Woodward said how nice it was being able to go out for an evening in the village and everyone left them alone, even when George was staying with them. God bless them both, they gave us such great music, and memories.

I saw them live in Philly on September 8, 1985 with Chaka Khan and Katrina & The Waves! Phenomenal! George was totally charismatic. Couldn’t take your eyes off him ! I thought Veteran’s Stadium would collapse when he came out and sang “ Careless Whisper”! One of my best ever days! ❤️

И вот в очередной раз, услышав, Careless whisper, я вдруг захотела узнать, кто же это поёт.... А потом в тиктоке увидела ролик, где он пел эту песню вместе с залом, и ФСЁ.... Я просто утонула в нём......перечитала и пересмотрела множество статей и видео о нем и его жизни. И уже пролила немало слёз, как же невозможно обидно и больно, не передать словами.... wonderful, wonderful video of George and Andy ... i swear it always seemed those guys had the best of times when they were together ...i wish that somehow they could have found a way to stay together , i really think it would have helped George as he grew into such a huge talent . I know i watched many interviews where George had said that he never realized how bad he would have missed Andy and the support that he gave him... George was such a tender soul and gosh i wish he could still be here ....thanks again for this little bit of treasure !!

Andrew was George's security blanket. Without Andrew by his side in Wham and also in school, I don't think George would have been such a phenomenal. Andrew was only there to hold his hand as he couldn't sing, couldn't write songs and couldn't really play the guitar. This is what I heard and I believe it too.

This video was lots of fun to watch and I could listen to George sing the phone book and be happy. George was a creative genius in all aspects of musical talent. Nobody did a cover better than him so I'm not surprised how great this sounded. What a dream for two three or four (however you look at it) friends to achieve such worldwide success and genuinely having fun. They all stayed friends so what does that tell you about how genuine this all was.
