that's impossible, our apartment is newly built, 92 square meters, in Schöneberg and €1500 kalt.

and you will burn like you are in hell if summer is warm... nice apartment, spacious but I lived in last floors in Germany and its burning hot at summer... plus the most buildings don't have and elevator for the last floor but that can be a good thing for extra exercise
