Iived in NY 25 years... now im in PA... i love Fl... i would not put $280K in the studio nor add $75K for the 1 bed room... for those prices, u can get better looking houses in Fl... but some people like condos so... what can u do...?
@sambradley654810 ай бұрын
yeah I think the add'l 75k$ is fair enough, the additional level and room divisions, panoramic views does the job

Hey Marlon. Yess. Let’s see cuz $280 these days are rare. A building. Ok. Lovely lobby. Gym. Basket and tennis court. Meeting area. HOA $380/month. A studio condo? I thought it would at least be a 1- bedroom but it’s a studio. Studios are going for $2700 now in Hempstead Long Island so that sounds about right. Studios/townhomes and houses no longer cheap. Oh. Ok. 1 bed and a bath 1/2 for $75k more. Spiral staircases suck. They are always small but I’m thinking of getting furniture up a spiral staircase. Nice balcony. Nice the full bath is upstairs nice closet. No harm in the washer/dryer upstairs. Regular bath. Nice for a single or couple. Just see an issue getting furniture up that spiral staircase. Unless it could be hoisted over the 1/2 wall? 🤷🏻♀️. Wait amenities $450/month. Thought you said $380 before. Wonder why they would put the sports deck on the 7 th floor? Guess they have concrete slabs between the floors to cut the nice from the folks on the 6th floor. It’s nice tho. Spacious in and out. Basketball, pool. Nice amenities just question the floor location. Thanks so much and see you next video.

Hi malon u said townhouses are expensive where is it that I could reasonably price. What about tampa
@Marlon.Persaud2 жыл бұрын
Tampa is even more expensive tbh. You would have to look into the surrounding areas to the main cities. All depends on timeframe as well too as these homes are selling out faster than they can build them.

I would never live in a large city. Always too much crime and homicides. One room. LOL I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage on 80 x 120 lot in Palm Coast Florida built in 2003 for $80,000. House is worth $200,000 at least today.

All I could afford is 200.000 or little more on a good area not secluded
