Light airy open flows seamlessly gives a ton more space eat in kitchen area and separate dining space for larger gatherings elevator option windows galore and a homey type feel with all the trees two parks and restaurants the townhome can be designed to fit different tastes because it’s so versatile so hands down townhouse!👍🏽

They are both lovely. Assuming one does not work, so commuting time is not an important consideration. These are other factors that I would need to ponder. Overall, I found the Tribeca 2,400sf to have much more character and a more walkable area to live in, for most daily needs to be accomplished at the same time as getting in some brisk exercise. The townhouse, while super contemporary has that sleek, monochromatic almost sterile feeling in its design. And, it is almost too big, 3,200sf is a LOT of home to keep clean, furnish and decorate. Too much space for 2 to 4 individuals to live in, if they want any amount of "connectedness" to each other. Now if it were a family of 6 with 2 people per bedroom, that much space could be justified. I would need to compare the fees not mentioned, annual property taxes, HOA costs (if any), and things like that. For me, a single retired person, I believe that I would enjoy the Tribeca over the Prospect Park unit much more. HAPPY SELLING RYAN.
