Chief hall iam a regular security guard here in ny and chief I like you I like your sense of humor I would not have the audacity to embarrass you or your company not only you but my self in uniform and my other fellow members iam so sorry to hear you went threw that . That female officer is crazy. You need to hire 2 ppl as supervisors one lieutenant and a sgt roll calls for this next rodeo is a must right out side the venue

I recently was at an HOA gatehouse in a rich community and one guard i was at the gate with, when the patrol officer came to relieve us for break and lunch both times he took his break first and got in the patrol truck and went off wherever and came back beyond the time that his lunch and break was up and I made a very big deal out of it.

Commander there’s time and place for everything and what she did was not the time like you said we all are there to do the job there a reason why they needed security and what she did was unprofessional especially in front of people she didn’t have no business in the field and if something went down who they gonna go after security and this why I don’t want no lawsuit or anythin what so ever keep ur head up man I love ur videos and it reminds me of the people I work with man

I apologize for the trouble Commander Hall. I usually catch the people I hire asleep at the the job in their vehicles. The worse one was the officer would sell a clothes off services while on duty in the back of van with a “custom” interior.

I feel as though you probably knew she wasn't the best employee to take to this event but you had no choice. And, with the caliber of guard she was, the other guards she brought with her were gonna be garbage as well. In the end, I feel they could sense your desperation for manpower and felt as though they were doing you a "favor" just by showing up even though you were paying them to he there.

I will say this, i know security is a Industry, but things like that title is part of the Reason why no one Takes Security Seriously, i Prefer to Say (Security Services) Because we Are a Service and We Provide a More Important Service to Society than McDonald's.
