Hopefully everyone sees this but I am the one who adopted her! She’s awesome and yes so much energy! I take her on most of my small runs and she is wild! Jumps all over the place and plays with our other dog on a daily. She has no fear, and loves kids! Maybe I can talk to the clinic or Matt about doing an update on her since I live right down the road!

Matt gave up on the Vet Ranch videos, he said on one of his other channels that he was getting tired of KZbin blocking his videos, that part of the reason for Vet Ranch was to show people that are thinking of becoming a veterinarian what it’s like. Even with all the warning comments and blurred out good parts, KZbin was still blocking his videos, so he gave up on them. I’m sad also not to see new videos, I hope they are still saving abandoned animals and giving them a new life, maybe one day Matt will find it in his heart to start making new videos.

i work for an email service provider ( in tech support). i always tell the people i talk with about your channels especially vet ranch just to pass time while doing troubleshooting. had the opportunity to talk to someone from the eastcoast involved in animal rescue and been sending bulk mail to almost 2k people on a weekly basis. showed her your channel and she was surprised to see it! she's now sharing the channel to those people in her group contacts! told her to do so to generate ads and help in my way to promote the channel and awareness to as much people as i can! hope that helps 😊

Malinois intellegence is insane My old belgian observed that his piss could weaken the gate in our house so he would pee and kick a hole and just sneak out at night and run around We only found out when we noticed a pattern whenever we weld a new meatal bar on the gate Mind you his lil pee heist would take months but it's crazy how patient he is

Such a good doctor! So nice to see a vet not giving up on an animal just because it isn’t progressing fast enough. My dog was in the hospital for pancreatitis, and after just 3 days of recovery , they advised I should put him down! I was paying $2000 a day to save him but I guess that wasn’t enough for them. I pulled him out of there on the 4th day at 8:00 in the morning...and what do you know... he was miraculously better! I will never use any of those doctors again! I’m so glad I followed my gut and took matters in my own hands and saved his life. He has been perfectly fine since I brought him home.

Reminds me so much of our beloved Delilah, we picked her up literally one day before they were going to put her down because no one wanted her because she was so wild, not mean, just way too much energy. It took a bit to get her to a manageable level, within a year, she became so well behaved I could walk her everywhere without a leash, unfortunately, she died as a result of kidney failure at 6 years old. It broke our heart like never before and it's been 10 years now and I still tear up once in a while. All of our dogs we have adopted since have been dogs others didn't want to bother with, it's amazing what a dog can turn into if you just have the patients and show how much you love them.

Belgian Malinois have a crazy drive and people see them in movies or on the news working to take out terrorists, they fall in love a buy without any research. Not alot of people can't handle the breed as they want and need to work and need a firm understanding handler as a result they end up in shelters. I had one for 9 1/2 years.

It is amazing how the folks at Vet Ranch keep their feelings in check and focus on the animals. I always feel so angry or sad imagining how often an owner is responsible for putting a pet in a compromised condition. I don't know if you look at the comments Mat but my dog is being put down tomorrow. His tongue was rotting for some reason. We gave him medicine which made him feel better but earlier today he bit his own tongue off. There was blood everywhere. The back of his tongue is black and people say the only way to fix this is too take away the teeth. I just want to know what is this disease. (4 days later). The vet fixed him he is now healing but he will have disabilities.

A shelter putting two dogs together is soooooooo irresponsible. Crowded or not. They need to have a protocol for when they are full, there should only be one dog per inclosure. Dogs in a stressful environment like a shelter or pound are highly likely to do things like this. Not to mention a lot of dogs are surrendered for having dog issues anyway...now this dog is hurt and even less likely to find a home and now probably has dog issues she may not have had before from this experience. Thank you for helping her!!!! I hope that shelter stops doing that!

The only other thing they can do is euthanize a dog to free up a kennel. Public shelters are usually not allowed to turn dogs away. This is why giving your dog to the shelter should be a last resort.

🙄 I know this, and shelters do not just house dogs, at some I used to change the death tickets to give them more time volunteering in my spare time cleaning cages plus enrichment and personal time with each animal, play, walks, pet, grooming and loves as well as scramble for good responsible and furever homes, even delivered some to other states oodles away #nokillshelters #adoptdontshop
