I love this stuff. A 7th grader from Center Grove Middle School Central in Indiana named Heath sent in a question for a project he was doing for his LA class. Heath had three questions:
- What is the proper technique for spinning?
- How far should he be standing in the discus circle?
- How do you get maximum distance in your throw?

Daughter is about to compete in her one and only college track meet this year due to COVID restrictions.....the GOOD news is, she has drastically improved in her discus technique and most likely will hit a new PR.....long time fan of the channel and daughter attended multiple camps hosted by this man.....great stuff and I will be forwarding this to her soon to watch before her meet this weekend......Thanx and God Bless!

The one thing i never got is how you can turn in sneakers. Like your advice and videos are great and i use them to coach my kids but i see your pivots and turns so smooth and i need throwing shoes to demonstrate that.

Years of ballet, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop dance classes growing up 🤔. Not really. Actually just lots and lots of practice. Plus I demonstrate so much my shoes are pretty worn down!

Is denfi classic discus is good for 14 year old boy. who throw 35 to 45 meters.

Those are 75-80% rim weight according to their website. Might be a little too heavy for someone throwing 35-45 meters but you never really know until you try. Once you get to 45-50 meters consistently it will be great for you.
