One thing that wasn't mentioned about Magnesium is with regards to vitamin D: Magnesium assists in the activation of vitamin D, which helps regulate calcium and phosphate homeostasis to influence the growth and maintenance of bones. All of the enzymes that metabolize vitamin D seem to require magnesium, which acts as a cofactor in the enzymatic reactions in the liver and kidneys. Also the body depends on magnesium to convert Vitamin D into its active form within the body. Magnesium also helps Vitamin D bind to its target proteins, as well as helping the liver and the kidneys to metabolize Vitamin D. Magnesium is essential for converting vitamin D into its active form in the body. Magnesium also aids vitamin D transport in the blood.

I wish you people would stop playing games with your prices. Raise the price one week, lower it another, raise it again, 40% off, 50% off, up, down, sideways, it's more than just annoying, it's just reeks of gamesmanship and dishonesty. The market is not that volatile. You have a good product, but this kind of crap shows a lack of integrity and disrespect for your customers. You've got everyone playing games.

Informative and straight to the point as usual. Thanks! Would you suggest to take the 350mg once in the morning and that's it?
