Self doubt often fills us young ones heads. I am 18 years old. Everyone doubts any ideas you have. My family doubts me a lot. With anything other than getting a regular job or going into the military. As of right now I was suppose to join the military but more problems arise and arise I have fluid in my spine which I have to get cleared by a doctor. This 2 month joining process has turned into 6 months. Now I'm thinking what if it's for a reason. What if there is something much greater out there for me than just the military. Keep your ideas to your self young minds and go about it in silence. It's crazy how the people "closest" to you doubt you.

Nothing wrong with the military. If you feel called, then do it. You will gain something positive from it regardless of whether you stay in or get out. It built a strong foundation for me to build the rest of my life on.

UltimateBargains VERY WELL SAID. I’m a sub contractor WITH my stepdad, we install doors for Lowe’s so I’m not the boss, however I make better than an employee, I’m basically a partner. I also started doing lawn care on the side. I’m going to try and build a lawn business then break into construction business, then use real estate for my retirement. Love your videos I would like to see a more detailed video on what you should have and focus on before going to real estate school. I have a list of question you can consider and talk about. 1. Should you quit your job or work part time ? 2. What about nice clothes? Shirt , ties, Pantes, Italian shoes? 3. saving? Should I have something or nothing? 4. Picking a brokerage firm and dealing with discrimination? 5. What if you can't find a mentor because of jealously? Great video! In popular areas of USA, it is not uncommon for a family to live in a house for ten years and sell it for 50 percent more than they bought it or built if for. They lived free and made a large profit. Wow! Now that is a selling point.

This is a great video to clear up what sort of job you’re really getting into. Alot of people just talk shit about realtors because they dont have to do a typical 9 to 5 job yet it’s literally all about the work you put in. Im 19 atm and im going into my first day of work experience in a real estate agency as im also still in college. Ever since i was roughly 13 i always felt like i want to do. Aside from show such as million dollar listings i feel like this is a good job for someone who is confident enough they’re willing to take it on properly and really get their head down to work hard in order to reap the rewards. I do feel like this is a job that requires you to be more flexible around the hours you dedicate to working so if you’re someone who likes to have set events on the weekend then ultimately this job probably is not your cup of tea.

TaNeka Here2commentWBY? Hey, I would speak to the school you plan on attending and explain your situation. Have your doctor write a letter as proof of your mental delay. You may be able to record your classes to be able to keep a reference when studying at home, also to keep for reminders etc. They may adjust the way they are teaching you to best fit your speed of understating and retaining the information that will be taught. DO NOT LET ANYTHING STOP YOU! Just work your way around it!!!
