The SL-D1000 can't produce a monotone colour without banding lines. The duplex unit doesn't feed the paper unless you put pressure on the back cover. It is incredibly flimsy and plastic compared to the D700/D800 when loading the paper roll. I had high hopes for this printer, unfortunately it is total garbage.

Hi, I am on the second machine now, and they are full of problems. Sorry but this printers are garbage.
