@@Network126...Mine too!... I tend to get allot of "HELLO" and "LOVE YOU"... Also, "YEAH" or "OK" in response to asking them things... Sometimes I say, "HOW IS YOUR DAY GOING TODAY?!"...Then I start getting a whole story and they tell me and then wait for me to say things like, "THAT'S AWESOME!"..."SOUNDS COOL"..."REALLY?! WHAT ELSE HAPPENED?!" or just responses to what they say in general... I read somewhere that cats don't meow to each other, maybe purrs and such, but since house cats notice humans say words, they tend to meow and speak in cat language to their humans... I am sure Jackson would know for sure if that's correct information or not, but I think it was in a book I have called "WHY DO CATS DO THAT?"...I also have the companion book, "WHY DO DOGS DO THAT?" 😎

I was a nurse and worked nights in the ER for years. I had trouble sleeping during the day and would usually take a hot bath to help relax me. I had a 20+ pound male tabby who used to parade back and forth on the edge of the tub while I was in there. He wasn't fat, he was just a really BIG boy! He had a head the size of a softball and when he sat on my lap he went from my knees to my chest! Anyway, I kept telling him he was going to fall in. (I'm sure you can see where this is going...😂) One morning he hit a wet spot and slid right in with me!😆 Wirth much drama he scrambled out, and shaking all 4 feet, turned around and gave me such a look!🤣 It was just like "What did you do that for, mom?!" 😂 I laughed so hard! 😂🤣😄😁 You know what though? It didn't stop the big goof from doing the same thing the next morning!😂

I love when they see something new. Two of my kitties have a fascination with flushing toilets. They join me when I go to the bathroom and when i'm done I have to put my hand on the handle and wait for both of them to get their paws up on the seat so they can watch the toilet paper go down. Once it's gone they get down satisfied and walk away.🐈🚽🐈‍⬛❤

I had a kitten who would come into the shower with me. She loved the shower. She also enjoyed being sprayed with the hose outside. She would literally come running when she heard the sprayer while her siblings ran.

This is when it is OK for you to laugh at your cat being a bit upset. You aren't doing it to traumatize them for clips your just doing something normal and they are reacting to it in their own unique way.

Yes! She looks like a Prairie Dog! So cute! Lived in North Dakota for 17 years when my girls were little... often went to Roosevelt National Park where a lot of prairie dogs live "rent free (have a good life)!" They come out of their buroughs and stand just like that!!!!! OM Goodness!

My childhood Siamese would sit beside my tub hollering until I let him join me. I finally had to put a stop to him after he got major dandruff. Heishi was such a character. I wish he was still with me in more than my memories.

I once had a rather goofy,huge orange tom cat. He was one of those dog like cats, followed me everywhere. Played fetch. Etc. One day I decided to take a long soaking bath and he followed me into the bathroom(as usual) and then refused to leave so I shut him in with me. He wasn't concerned while the tub was filling but, the look of horror when I got in the tub was priceless. He then started howling and and actually grabbed my hand and tried to pull me out. I'm convinced he thought he was trying to save me. It was funny but, at the same time not because he was so traumatized.

This sweet little girl is so curiously concerned, all those bubbles & rainbow bubbles the light picks up going through them is so powerful for her to understand that regardless of it all Mom is still ok. Both my female & male ginger cats do similar things, meowing at me looking so afraid & concerned Mom get out of that bath, eventually they would get to a higher place in the bathroom & just watch me & not leave till the water was emptied out of the bath lol, that was fun too especially when the last of the water makes that loud slurping suction sound, then it's who can run & get out of the bathroom first 😂

I use to have a cat that did something similar!...He would sit up against things like walls or couches for example just like a human would! It was adorable!... My doggie now sits like that sometimes right next to me with my arm around him, say if I'm sitting on my over-sized living room chair...He knows I'm tired and worn out when I ask him to sit with me like that!...He's a very sweet and comforting doggie!... My kitties LOVE head bumps to cuddle with me. 😊...My female cat loves to sniff my hair and then lick it and it's like she's styling my hair...Especially when I had longer hair she could actually style... I tell her, "THANKS FOR STYLING MY HAIR! IT LOOKS GREAT!" Then she stops! 😂...Sometimes it tickles my head though and I'm like, "NOT RIGHT NOW! IT TICKLES! NO THANK YOU!" 😆😋 My male cat loves head bumps where he pushes into my head and I push back instead of just bumping heads like a fist bump. 😂🥰😎... Regarding this video because I got off track (hello ADHD 👋) I use to have another cat that loved water and loved when we slightly turned on the bathroom sink water and he would drink it!...Sometimes I would also find him lounging in the empty bathtub. 😂😊

😻 I can identify, similar to kitchen, office, or yoga activities, etc. my kitter friends accompany me no matter... i.e., in the bathroom regardless of the magnitude of event/task to ensure I'm safe or alright... Also they assure to dry me off (lick me dry) the moment I step outside the bath or shower. 😂

I have to try that. Ombre chill hombre is only fascinated by two things: water coming from a faucet and running down the drain, and bubbly dishwater, especially if I'm washing a bottle that gurgles and makes bubbles when I hold it under the water to clean it. And btw, I learned a new technique for encouraging cats to accept sharing the same home. Ombre was the first to come here, just months ago. Then his old buddy on in the neighborhood had to come so I could get him neutered, because after Ombre got neutered, this ginger tuxedo, that I just call Ginger, smelled Ombre, cocked his head, and then turned around and shot spray on him, right through my open window. After that Ginger wouldn't stop spraying every window and door he could reach. At first Ombre was really happy I let his friend in. Ombre is chill. He's forgiving. But then Ginger got spicy and sprayed stuff in Ombre's old room, which Ombre wasn't happy about giving up. So Ombre used Ginger's litterbox in the closet where Ombre's fav poop litterbox was (I moved that one into the living room downstairs). Ginger got miffed about that and jumped up on one of Ombre's comfy chairs, squatted, and peed on the seat. After that, things didn't go well. It's been all competition, and I've had to keep Ginger in Ombre's old room with the door closed. Now that Ginger is neutered, I've slowly let them hang out together until things get rough, and whichever one I catch first goes in his own crate. That's home territory for each of them, so they're good about it. Tonight I started rearranging that room, and they stopped competing in order to watch me. Then I came down to do dishes, and they both sat on the counter next to me watching the bubbles and running water. No competition over claiming the best seats in the house. So far they're still getting along and playing normally. I'm just keeping an eye on their tails to head them off at the pass if needed.

I have to wonder what our orange lad would do if he saw me in a bubble bath. . . too bad our tub isn't comfy enough to try that. I've already filled the bath into a small pool for him to walk around in. . .he will! Our other lad sits outside the bathroom screaming that I'm going to drown whenever I take a shower.
