Jackson you are my family's total hero. I mean we have 5 fur babies. And we already knew and learnt a lot from our cat babies but hearing you come in and confirm and expand what we learnt over the years is so reassuring. Each one of them are uniquely different in personality but overarching the behaviours are kitty cat no doubt. Please never stop living in our cat sphere. We love you for your beautiful personslity and reaffirming our shared love of our fur babies.

My sons Nanny was a Cat.

I wish my cat would show me that kind of affection. I rescued her from a bad home situation three years ago. She will sometimes sleep on my lap or beside me but that is the limit of our relationship. Does not purr and is leery of closeness. She limit’s playtime to just a few minutes. I don’t know what else to do to make her feel safe.

This makes a lot of sense. But why would they roll up on your neck? I have had two cats that did this. One still does this. Every night. She could be asleep, I get into bed, and then she wakes up and walks on me to lay on me to sleep.

My cat likes to make biscuits on my skin. Not blankets or blankets on top of me. My skin. Sometimes it’s not too bad, but other times my god it hurts! 😅
