What can €10 get in Malta ?!

This was such a fun day and something out of my comfort zone. What can 10 euros get in Malta ? We set this budget for a day in Malta, and we decided to visit Valletta with a public transport, the day was fantastic, sunny and warm. We tried to local pastizzi for lunch and we had a nice coffee and chocolate cake in the most famous coffee shop Caffe Cordina, Valletta.

I just moved to Malta, went out to get dinner a few hours ago. A slice of pizza was only 1.20 Euro but I didn't have change on me and they didn't accept card so had to walk away but he gave it to me for free. The Maltese are so friendly.

I watched this for curiosity and as a Maltese person I found it completely cringe, especially since you're basing a €10 budget on the capital of the country. Not to mention that pastizzi is a snack and cafe cordina is expensive just to get a dessert and coffee. There are better places you could go to and better options to spend €10 with. Ftiras are filling and cost around €3.50 - €6 depending on the area. I'm aware you are a tourist but if you're going to try and be informative for your viewers at least do your research. Also you went well over the budget on just the 2 fudge cakes and 2 coffees (€11) not counting the ferry ride + pastizzi + water. At least be honest in the video lol

Great video 👍. I went to barrakka gardens last week, ended up sitting there for three hours. 👎 for using single use plastic bottles. There is no need whatsoever, the tap water is fine and reusable bottles are widely available.

Hi recommend traveling to L-Imdina and Rabat. At the final stop go to Triq San Pawl on the right there is a very tasty PASTIZZI. When you leave the place continue into the street after about 300 meters you will reach the Santa Lucia Cafe which makes very tasty coffee and cakes including sandwiches. It is important to travel this Beautiful place.

You did well to stick to your budget in Valletta! I hate to waste money frivolously, so I would have taken my water with me from home... so I could have had a small cisk from The Pub. Also I would have tried to get change for the ferry as well, so I didn't get short changed! But otherwise, I think you've proved you can have a decent time on €10... if you take your best friend with you! 😆
