Hi Everyone,
I had gallbladder surgery 3 years ago and wanted to share an update, along with what I am eating. I will continue documenting my journey with no gallbladder in hopes to help others find recipes and a diet that works for them.

Very well said Roshi, even I check on every low fat labels. So nowdays I stopped having low fat products. Loved every combo of your diet. 🤩🤩🤩I cooked Eggs and Potatoes curry today with Stir Fry okras. Requested by Samaara💃💃💃💃.

@@roshianderson I boiled the eggs dear. This is a famous Malaysian Punjabi dish. With hint of anchovies powder in it. Very yummy 😍
