the last time i saw him was in clue as well, but before that, i've seen him in criminal minds, playing a serial killer who attacked and tied up husbands and wifes in their bed and assaulted the wife infront of the husband. his voice in the game is very similar to the one in that episode, especially when he speaks in a very low voice

John I'd like to leave you a couple of little tips for this game. 1. press the cogwheels on the wright family tomb. 2. you'll want to go back to grandmas house. you left something behind that is very important to the story. it's located up those stairs behind where your sitting. tip 3. The people can tell you even more about themselves if you ask them more.

This is so comforting to watch. I haven't been watching any play-through's of games lately, since I like using them as background noise and you have to pay close attention to most, but this is great for that. Arts and crafts with John and Tim Curry in the background is just what the doctor ordered.

Yesss! I actually started playing this after you kept mentioning it in the first Alone in the Dark video - a drive through the memory lane for me, we used to play it with my family when I was younger and to this day we sometimes repeat the narrator's lines. Definitely more frustrating than I remembered and I'm most definitely too dumb to play it (mostly) blind so naturally I had to dig up a guide. 😂 Happy to watch you play it, with its flaws and all!

This game will always and forever make my soul weak. One of my absolute favorites - I used to sit and watch my mom play this when it first came out and then a few years later me trying to play it by myself but being too scared in some scenes lol this game is amazing. I do wish some of the original artwork from the initial release was still in the game but alas. GK2 will forever make my soul break and I hope you experience that one with us soon.
