1:31 What causes headaches
In this video, I’m going to cover what causes headaches.
What causes headaches and migraines is really simple when you look at the whole body. The source of headaches rarely actually comes from your head.
A few migraine symptoms are severe headache pain, sensitivity to light, and nausea.
One of the first things to do is to think about if there is any pattern involved with these headaches. For example, maybe it’s connected to your sinuses, which would be the real root cause.
What causes headaches:
• 90% of the time headaches come from the gallbladder
• 5% of the time headaches come from the neck
• 2% of the time headaches come from the sinuses
• 2% of the time headaches come from the menstrual cycle
• 1% of the time headaches come from a head injury, tumor, infection, allergy, caffeine withdrawal, or hangover

I am always surprised at negative comments people leave. Just because you have a different opinion than what you are viewing doesn't make it right to defame or insult the person in the video. Opening our minds to other ideas or remedies has never been a bad thing.

Medicine has nothing to do with opinions, it is a science. And this Dr. Berg is not an actual doctor. He did not go to medical school. I guess that is why he left out genes and blockage of the kidney arteries for instance.

I am stunned, I have no gallbladder, but Drs in white coats, like to tell me there's nothing that I can do, besides take pain medication, (big pharma) and lay in a, dark room for days. My migraines are awful. BUT- it just clicked with me, your bile formula, should help tremendously! The daily videos you do, and the information you provide to us, is greatly appreciated! More than you know. Many of us, are swept under the carpet, and misplaced in the medical society, we finally seek alternative Drs, and become our very own advocates! Thank you for helping us become knowledgeable, and healthy! God bless!

Miss Rose I suffer from migraine as well--since I was 12! I've tried serval different medications and nothing helped until Treximet which is Imitrex + x2 Aleve. I'm not a doctor but this is what both my pharmacist and doctor recommended in place of Treximet (the only med that has worked for me) due to its high cost. My migraine are now gone within the hour. Needless to say, I will be looking into the deductive remedies discussed here. I've always thought the issues is related to my sinuses but we shall see.

OH MY GOODNESS!!! I've been keto for about 10 months, besides losing 40 lbs, getting into the best shape I've been in in 30 years - I haven't had a headache. .. until now! I watched this video before and did the pressing thing into my side-as I wasn't hurting at the time nothing happened and I sorta forgot about it. Well I was suffering from an overnight headache and as I was sitting around on the couch thinking how miserable I was I remembered the press the side thing. I did it. OMG! After about 30 seconds there was a lot of gurgling sound from the exact area, I continued to hold the pressure, more gurgling sound, I held even more, ... I kept holding and massaging the area for a while, within a minute or two later I could tell my headache was leaving. ... amazing!

Now this gallbladder info makes sense, they served potatoes with a lot of fat, butter, bacon. Then a dessert with preservatives I’m sure, was not fresh ingredients- but I only ate a small amount Wonder if enzymes would help next time?

Anyway your videos have helped me realise I have adrenal fatigue and am over stressed and it causes me digestive problems. Already making suggested changes that are helping me. A migraine is not "JUST a more severe headache where it can involve a sensitivity to light, nauseousness, and vomiting." Vomiting, nausea and diarrhea are part of the migraine symptom of gastroparesis. You aren't vomiting because you are in so much pain. A migraine is a neurological event including one or multiple symptoms. A headache is one symptom, also the most common. gastroparesis is another. sensitivity to light, sound, odors, and visual and speech disturbances are more symptoms. It's not JUST a headache that's severe. Migraine headaches can also be mild. You can have a migraine with NO headache, but one or more other symptoms.

It turns out that these were migraines that I had no idea what happened to me all these years. I had accupuncture and an intervenus drug that is the most powerful injection you can get. This injection hasn't stopped my migraines but lessoned the severity of the period of time and the types of different things that happen when I get them. I used to have short term memory loss, speech and coherent sentences and light, pressure behind the eyes especially the right eye. I have strabismus and have had multiple surgery when I was very young. These were surgeries related to the brain area and muscles. I think everyone is different. Everyone eats different and every thing we eat various seasons and available foods from what is in them can greatly effect how one goes thru the migraine. I know fried food effects my breathing.

I have migraines since I was 13. There’re many things that triggers it, including exercise, heat, stress, pms and some foods. When I was in college I had migraines on one side of my face with severe swelling around my eye, and then I would have another migraine on the other side with swelling on the other side of the face. It was super scary! Had an MRI and all they found was sinus issues. I still have the migraines on one side of the face but without the swelling. When I’m about to get a migraine I get really clumsy and forgetful, and shave trouble concentrating and doing complex tasks. It can be so debilitating! I get migraines at least 6x a month, but usually more. I just started taking magnesium supplements to see if it helps. I was disappointed with Dr. Berg’s simplification of this problem, but I understand he’s not a doctor who specializes on this and don’t have all the knowledge he needs.

I have also heard that a very common cause for migraines is magnesium deficiency and that about 80% of Americans are deficient in magnesium. As a side-note and according to articles I've read, somehow one of the main ingredients in soft drinks (I forget which one; I don't drink them) depletes magnesium. Another side-note, calcium supposedly does not assimilate in the body unless there is sufficient magnesium. This nutrient does all kinds of good things for the body.

you are correct, most people are deficient in mag. I got tested a couple of months ago and my doctor was suprised that I was sufficient in mag and i dont usually take a supplement for it either. I eat a lot of veggies. I do have a magnesium gel that I occasionally rub into my muscles and I do epsom salt baths on occasion

If it's not in the soil, it won't be in the veggies. Most conventional farms just use 3 minerals, NPK , and our crops need to be replenished with 60 minerals. Limestone and dolomite are great cheap options for soils. But that's if you can grow your own stuff and there are ways to do the square foot gardening or window boxes or the garden tower for inside. It's fun, and cool to have your own lettuce and carrots and radishes etc growing. They are pretty easy.

How i wish I had seen this video before! None of my doctors ever tell me any of this! I’ve actually been studying migraines on my own because I’ve been getting them for 25 years! It bursts and in nauseous I saw one of your videos on galbladder a couple years ago and started making changes on diet and it did help a little bit. My issue is I do have severe sinus and allergy issues and severe pms symptoms during menstrual circle that includes migraines with vomiting. Sometimes for three days! So I do need to look at all these possibilities and hopefully diminish or get rid of migraines for good! I do pray a lot and sometimes it does help!✨🌟👍🏼

Great Great man!! I watched a video game review, and Boom, this video popped into the screen. Have no idea how it happen, but I'm glad it did. I ate peanut butter, for the last week, and I got horrible headaches, at first I thought sugar withdrawal, so I consume a little, no change. Kept on going, agonizing me. And I never had a serious headache, but this time, it was even after a slept, and don't know why or how, I suspected in the peanut butter(organic no sugar), and didn't touch it (I get it next to my pc) And headache gone, I was so afraid to get another episode, I didn't touch it. And now I know, that I eated too much, and I wanna let you know that, so you don't have to go through it. Thank you Dr berg for this, so much!

Váleri Rabello : migraine is a highly variable disease. Individuals can have very different triggers. For example, I get smashing migraines from nuts while my sisters (both migraineurs) can both eat any amount. My sister-in-law gets migraine attacks from red meat. I can eat any amount with no ill-effects.

I have been suffering from what I thought as well as the doctors I saw with "migraines." I had been using a mild senna supplement for many years (roughly 20). Yes, I knew that it should not be used for a prolonged period, but I did not think it could have such side effects. Well, about 9 hears ago I started developing headaches, mysterious as to what was causing it because I am a rather healthy person, eat well, exercise, etc. I recently had blood work done where it showed low blood sodium and low chloride levels. I started researching and of course dehydration (which constant senna use could have caused) was one of they causes. I immediately QUIT using senna. I have not had a headache for a whole week, which is quite amazing for me! I was rather stupid in doing this for so many years, but I really do think that the smallest amount (which I was using) -- 2 Swiss Kriss every evening was throwing off my electrolyte levels. I hope this might help someone else and for someone diagnosing headaches. I have been taking sumatriptan for many years which has also probably affected my kidneys. I am on the road to recovery. I hope this might help someone to figure out why they have headaches:)

I had my gallbladder and appendix removed when I was 14-15 years old due to digestive issues I was having, about 15+ years ago. I was also getting migraines, I cannot remember if they started before or after gallbladder, but pretty certain it was before..long time ago. Apparently my gallbladder was only working like 5% or something..My migraines are 3-5 times per week..sinus pressure and clicking in my sinuses and extreme neck and shoulder pain - in fact, I basically live with neck/shoulder pain now, regardless of migraine. Sometimes I can massage my migraine away and the pain will go straight to my neck...I'm at such a loss. I have a family with two children and I'm so afraid I won't be able to provide for them much longer, if my condition does not improve (it seems to only be getting worse). So many dreams and goals for myself. I've been down so many rabbit holes trying to solve this and I don't know what else to do. I'm going to try and treat my gallbladder, but I don't have one..I've been to 3 ENTs, 2 neurologists, 4 chiropractors and even went vegan and lost 25+ lbs. Nothing is helping. My question(s): If my gallbladder was removed, does that make the gallbladder more or less suspect? Is there any link to migraines and the removal of the gallbladder? Thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you for the video! I have nothing to lose and I will give this a shot. Thanks again.

Some of the things that I suspect that could be the reason for my occasional headaches are: 1) Eyestrain, like when texting or too much time on my mobile phone; 2) Too high pillow that keeps my head, neck or spine misaligned; 3) Constipation, gas or when I postpone having a bowel movement; 4) Oversleeping or lying in bed for an extended period of time; 5) Eating too much chocolates; 6) Not eating meals on time and getting too hungry.
