Totally agree. Connection with our families and fellow humans brings meaning, perspective and respect. Reconnecting with nature and the earth gives us a bigger picture and slows things down. Discontent comes from disconnection.

Loved this presentation. He shares some authentic eloquent truths. Since I was young, I have tried to share that health is not a supplement bottle, it is not the weight room, it is "how we live and walk" in the world we co-create. Health is a "community bundle" impacted by so many things - the biggest being our need to be accepted, loved, and a part of something larger than ourselves. The joyous truth that all is interconnected - inside out/outside in, as above, so below....

Congratulations! This talk of yours backs up my movement for a Centenarian Club to be composed mostly of Filipino/Americans! This Club started on our reading, “Living to 100-and Beyond” by Dr. Michael Fossel, MD, Phd. His item is published in the book “Living Younger, Longer of Bottom Line Publications. Said book contains articles on longevity! Do keep up the good work!

1. Love 2. Energy of love 3. Raise vibrational flow of love 5. Love consciousness 6. Connection to self, others, planet, God source is love 7 . Understanding and commitment to collective love vibrations 8. Love begets more love on a divine level as whole creators 9. Learning, teaching, then sharing love 10. This planet indiscriminately loves to sustain all. All sustainable vibrations of energy, is a true balance with equal polarization of all natural ebb and flow. The lesson in love is unconditional love. Every thing in harmony is in the present. Right now. May unconditional love and ascension be with us. Thank you for your part Jason Prall. For in this present moment you uncovered a major bridge in current human evolution. Life Consciousness!

I believe that the most salient factor for health and longevity in the blue zones is the strong social connections they share with each other along with a homogeneous society which creates less stress.

As people become more aware of the multiple ways our gov has sold us out to corporations through lobbyists especially in health does that not affect our desire too live?
