There’s that one kid who jumped off of a cruise ship last summer on a dare. He was celebrating his graduation from high school. There was a short attempt at rescuing him and as a light was pointed on him to find him he moved away from something moving around in the water next to him. He was never seen again. That solidified my confidence in never jumping from a boat. No mo talk.

PREACH Willie! Lol I look at risk the same way. There are still infinite ways to have fun or experience things without being overly risky about it. To each their own but I seen too many fish attack bait instantly upon hitting the water and seen shark weeks with great white sharks flyin out the water to know that sharks will act on instinct for a meal.

Statically the odds of losing a tooth from jumping off a boat are extremely low. Extremely low. In fact you could jump off a boat every day multiple times a day for the rest of your life and probably never lose a tooth.

Jumping off a boat into the ocean is easily one of the most normal things a person can do. I'm not gonna let the fear of a once in a trillion time tragic event prevent me from enjoying life. Or even this woman's unfortunate, rare case of the tooth thing. She definitely had some preexisting dental issue. Now cave diving and close to ground proximity wingsuiting..? Hell nah.
