Wow such an excrllent video. I do want to add, I agree that we need to find a "less offensive" way of calling out racist behaviour than simply labeling it as racist. That will go a long way to moving the conversation forward.

I think the first step is for everyone to stop micro-aggression. And racial integration + understanding should be the next step we should reach.

This must be one of the most fair review for a long period. Uninformed is the more correct term. Like you, I am also "naïve" to believe that most of the recent racist comments/acts aren't intentional nor malicious. It is like not all Chinese burn joss paper for festivals. As a Chinese in Singapore, sometimes I feel my Malay friends are more righteous as compared to Chinese peers. Of course if a comment is targeted at a particular race with ill intent, then that is racism regardless whether is by majority or minority.

Between malicious and ignorance it’s usually the latter . Edit:We must not get too hot on this topic or we may end up like US or Australia.

@@ScufflesWaffles politicians and media fan the flames of division over race/politics to the point where people can’t even agree if Trump lost the election for example .

What people actually do in relation to groups they dislike is not always related to what they think and feel about them. (Allport, 1954).

Such idiotic logic put out, racist should be protected rather than being called out like seriously. The things the majority like to come up with🥱
