I was stitching The Primitive Hare's "Dear Santa - Define GOOD". Thanks for the chat while I was stitching. It's easier to stitch during your chats than when you do the "show and tell" - then your constantly lifting your head to look and guess what - it usually leads to trouble (frogging)!!! Have a great day!

Loved your conversation about room renos back in the day! When my late DH and I bought our 2nd home (he had Type 1 Diabetes and knew he'd likely lose the ability to do stairs in a 2-storey so we moved to a bungalow), our daughter was 8. It was 1989. She wanted a "Pepto Bismol pink" room -- with a border of cats and hearts around the top of the walls next to the ceiling. We got stencils and she helped me do it! Meanwhile, our kitchen dining nook had wall paper from floor to mid-way up the wall; then it had a border to match the print on the wallpaper -- and another border up around the ceiling. And yes, the theme was...you guessed it! Geese!

Hi there young ladies, it’s been a while since I’ve written to you, I love hearing about your children, grandchildren, families and your doge. I have a Maltese cross shitzu and she is 4 inches off the ground and destroys every toy she has, when she was tiny which was nearly 14 years ago, she came to us as a bundle of fluff and chewed every tag off all of our bathmats, our neighbors rugs and their bathmats, but she is so beautiful she only has a few teeth left so she doesn’t chew much anymore. Great video, well done . 💖🇦🇺💐

It was fun to stitch with you. I was working on the HAED charted A Little Light Reading by Randal Spangler. I went for my hardship license at 14 because the school buses didn't go all the way down to our farm. I started driving the farm truck when I was 9, but I went for my test driving a Chevette. The reverse was in the lower right where the truck reverse was in the upper left. I was so scared of reverse I just whipped into the parallel parking slot instead of backing in. Thankfully my father's cousin who had witnessed my driving many times was the examiner and let me off with a warning not to pull any more shortcuts during the test.

I was working on a border addition to a rose saying I found in an older cross stitch magazine. The border was my addition to the design from a book on borders. It must be harder than it looks because every time I work on it I need to frog half of what I stitch before I can continue. Still I think it will look nice when it is done and mounted on the jewel box of my late mother’s. Thanks for the stitching company.

Hi ladies … love stitching with your company. Deb, I can’t believe you told that story about Logan and his blanket. My youngest daughter (now 32) did the same with her blue baby blanket and the silk tag on it, fit her pinky in the tag and sucked her thumb. She had it until before kindergarten. It was lost and found several times and we had to bribe her with something more age appropriate before starting school. Don’t tell anyone ….. I still have it stored in my closet. Great memories! Many pictures of her toddler years with that blanket in it.

I spent my time with you working on a Thanksgiving sampler by Dirty Annie’ Southern Style. It’s called Fat Pants. It’s my first time using overdyed threads. Liz, I think the dog toy with deer that you were talking about is called a Cuz. They make Good Cuz and Bad Cuz. The Bad one has little devil horns sticking out of the top. The squeezer is so loud, and so high pitched!

We only gave out lab and golden retriever Kong or Nylabones as they were both aggressive chewers. We couldn’t get them to give up tennis balls, so we used lacrosse balls. Oh not a happy guy. Yes motel never found his donkey. Our dog when puppy did the same and at 11 still will tear apart a stuffed toy. But at 4 months she ruined her kong.
