I found your channel a couple days ago. You teach scales better than most I've seen. Thank you.

Pat, greatly appreciate you asking after our families and there welfare..👍 My biggest drama is timing! I have a few chords under my belt and can do a bit in the solo space but man I struggle with rhythm and timing. Its one of the hardest things to get right and probably under represented in my practice routine ( if you can call it a routine 😬). I find it difficult so my brain switches to “that’s boring” mode and seeks something more satisfying like the Riffs you teach. Any suggestions or less boring stuff to help with this would be great. For the record, I am a blues fan and love the idea of successfully completing a 12 bar blues with a turnaround.. All the best and look forward to a few outdoor videos.. 👍🇦🇺

I really wanna learn how to play solo but apparently I have an acoustic and it's quiet hard to pull the strings or shred or even faster the fingering. I do not use any pick so it would be very helpful to get to know how to improve or which direction should I go
@patdavidmusic3 жыл бұрын
I'd purchase a pick or use a coin, you can definitely solo with an acoustic guitar!

Hi Pat, I've been neglecting my guitar over the past year since I took up drumming. I want to get back to playing this year. I would say I'm still at the beginner skill level so any kind of technique and practice videos would be most helpful to me😊

I live in the US and things are a little crazy here. No one knows who or what information to believe. There is a big divide among Americans. But I believe we'll figure it out. Hopefully sooner than later.
