What Does It Mean To Live Life On Purpose?

Live life on purpose and with intention.... But what does that mean? Well, life doesn't happen to you - It happens for you. Living with intention means to be thoughtful in what you do, how you choose to respond and interact with the world around you. Yes, it can be rough out there, but that's okay. Give yourself permission to feel the rough days. Give yourself permission to experience what it means to be human, BUT don't let life lead. Don't just bounce around in what happens and do not get stuck in the ruts of stress. Make conscious choices. Focus your energy and thoughts on what you want to have develop.
I know it is easier said than done. I have been there. I have been in those ruts. I have let life happen to me instead of being intentional. I am here to tell you, you can live on purpose - It takes work, it takes time and takes being patient. And guess what - It is worth it. YOU are worth it.
