@noemiedeoliveira15104 жыл бұрын
Shoelace Kink Abby wasn’t really being serious when she said that. Ava was kicked off the team before that event, however her mom just wouldn’t accept that and kept saying Abby never officially kicked Ava off the team. It eventually escalated to Abby telling Ava she was ‘too tall’ just to make Jeanette understand they were officially kicked off the team and unwanted at rehearsels.
@shreksgirl19984 жыл бұрын
Noémie Andrezo imo that’s still unnecessary she is a child she didn’t need to go in like that
@noemiedeoliveira15104 жыл бұрын
Shreksgirl98 of course it was, Abby’s ‘’teaching methods’’ are unnecessary and cruel. I was just pointing out that Jeanette and Ava could have avoided the ‘too tall’ comment if Jeanette had just accepted that their journey at ALDC was over.
@meghan13554 жыл бұрын
Shreksgirl98 You have to remember that the show was mostly scripted though so parents signed up knowing what they were getting into. The insults, feuds, drama and conversations were real but the scenarios (like Ava and Jeanette showing up again) were constructed by the show runners. Blame the mother for putting her child in that situation for some quick cash. Abby was just doing her job, which is to be entertaining and build the careers of herself and the girls on the team.
@mo_25004 жыл бұрын
The only reason why Abby told her she was too tall and kicked her off was because her mom was crazy and she needed a reason to kick her off that didn’t involve her mom so she just went for her height but that wasn’t that actually reason

@katlyn69284 жыл бұрын
DAYFLY ok like no hate I get they’re real people and I’m sure the show made them seem worse, but imo?? Jojo was such a bRat on the show?? She like put all the other girls down and put herself on a pedestal and told everyone she was better than them. And her mom was kinda bitchy to literally everyone
@xtonibx57704 жыл бұрын
@@katlyn6928 Jojo was sweet, but a little bratty. The show made Brooke appear like a moody teenager and they put in effort to avoid shots of her smiling. She once tested it and smiled the entire time during pyramid and stopped for like 5 seconds and the show used the shot of her not smiling rather than the other ones. I do think Jojo was kind of a natural brat, but the show probably encouraged her to act that way for drama or something.
@katlyn69284 жыл бұрын
x tonib x yeah lmfao I saw the video of brook saying that and like I get rEaLiTy tV or whatever but i thought that was crazy! And yeah ik it was more of a character. I hate like shitting on reality tv people because they’re real people, yk? But the way the show portrayed her, and honestly more so her mom, rubbed me the wrong way. But you could also say that abt like Payton’s mom so 🤷♀️. It’s all just a big show. I even read one time that Cathy and Abby are actually really close friends, and if you look at like Cathys insta she’s actually a sweetheart so dm rlly is something to take with a grain of salt lmfao, it’s still great tho
@xtonibx57704 жыл бұрын
@@katlyn6928 Based on what Cathy said about Abby's legal problems, I don't think they're close friends but they're definitely not enemies either. Cathy was one of the first members of the cast and was paid to be on the show. Most of the drama was fabricated. And you're right, Jojo's mom was just irritating on the show and so was Peyton's mom and Sarah's mom. It was just all too much lmao. I don't think Cathy is a bitch either. She seems really sweet. I have mixed emotions about the show because I love the drama but there is a video about how the show constantly violated child labor laws and stuff like that.

I was in a group like this when I was younger and I’m actually surprised they were aloud to do that. They don’t even care about the training and the work and effort we put in. They only really cared about going to all these weird places to dance and win awards. There was never any arguments and we never saw anyone with a camera crew, but I left because it was so expensive and boring.
