😂🤣😅😅 BLOOPER AHHH FFS 😅🤣😂🤣😅 my favorite words My favorite exercise equipment is tubing resistance bands for the legs bosu ball dumbbells my steps gliders 😅🤣😂🤣😅 basically all I got but most of all NOTHING simple because I love EMOMS. and AMRAP Done a AMRAP today I pushed hard and I loved it But tbh PATREON FITNESS CALENDAR.......... I love my TRX. And I agree with buying the authentic bosu ball. I got a knockoff bosu ball and it's too tall so I can't keep up with the reps in PJ's bosu workouts. However I still love doing PJ's bosu workouts, I just wished I'd have gotten the authentic ball.

My husband has recently converted our garage into a gym so we’re busy equipping it. I love my dumbbells but perhaps need some heavier ones. I also have a cross trainer which I use regularly and a rebounder. Love your workouts.

My current favorite piece of equipment is my Beach Body core comfort mat. It's extra cushiony and a must have when I am on my knees.

I've been really enjoying these "Ask PJ Anything" videos, so much fun and very informative! I have dumbbells, yoga mats, tubing with handles, minibands of all different strengths and materials (love these for glutes!), and gliders (I love using these for working glutes and legs, and also for abs). I also got one of those long loop bands a while ago, but I'm not really sure how to use it, and haven't had a chance yet to look up any videos or websites describing exercises.

Thx PJ. I’m going out to look for 20 and 25# weights. My heaviest are 15s. Love the bloopers. My fav piece of equipment after weights is my stability ball. I also really like my bands the circle ones and the ones with handles. When we travel I take those with me. Your the best.

Bosu ball definitely one of my favourite pieces of equipment along with trx , suspension trainer, to add a bit of spice to my weekly workouts. PJ you’ve done some cool workouts with either or both that I often return to😊

PJ- besides dumbbells, bosu, stability ball, resistance bands, I have a pilates ball, gliders, yoga blocks + foam roller. All stored/ used in my dining room. Imagine if/when I have guests & having to move all these items- lol 😝. By the way, an itchy nose means you’re going to kiss a fool- at least so I’ve been told.
