I’ve been in a similar situation Fr. Musset. I, too, was one of the “cookie cutter” individualist cool kids in college. I’ve even seen Phish too. Grew up Catholic, became “too cool” to want to follow God’s direction or hang out with the church kids. God pulled me back in, and I feel like the most authentic version of myself. It wasn’t overnight. Like with you, God repeatedly pointed me in the direction but I chose to go my own way. I’m grateful God showed me who I truly am and what I am called to do. I have a joy greater than any worldly treasure. Now I’m a Catholic school teacher!

Awesome, thanks, we have 14 grandkids, 3 of or 4 kids are faithful servants, we pray for them to continue in Christ or grow in Christ.

I’ve been in a spiritual desert, a very dark and lonely one. I started searching for catholic preachers, leaders, anything that would bring me back. Long story short, I came across a small pamphlet for an App called Formed, it was title, “the catholic Netflix” I bought the monthly subscription because they had the reluctant saint. (Brother Giuseppe) one of my all time fav saint movies. Anywho, the app kept suggesting to watch Fr. Peter on the topic of weed, so I was like okay.. interesting, my neighbor was talking about how wonderful her life is after she’s been introduced to the weed gummies. It only took a few minutes into the video to feel back at home. I felt like I could breath again, that people were speaking truth, objective truth and not the overrated relativism that I’m used to hearing. Skipping forward, I have a young family, I desperately need spiritual guidance, is there a way to get in contact with some of your ministry?

We are in the Lenten season and we know what a sinful world we live in today, and the lack of Christians, true believers, but I believe there are many more Christians than people admit. We are in a time of revival. There are so many, many people I know who spend more time praying the Rosary, the Divine Mercy Chaplet and novenas. I listen to many holy priest speak on how to be holy, as God calls us to be holy. It is time for us to pray more, read the Bible, and just listen to God. Our lives, if Christ centered, become more productive, and filled with joy. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😇

@@pmbbmp When I ask people about their religion and if they believe in God, the answer I get from Christians is that they believe in the one true God, the God of the Bible. When I ask them how they know that is true, they will tell me they have faith. When I ask for evidence, they are unable to provide any. Faith is the mechanism that allows people to believe things are true without evidence. Religion is a faith-based belief.
