This was rather interesting!!
I took my Team Associated DR10 out to a local test spot to see what changes gearing makes to the overall speed/ET and acceleration curve.
I went all the way from a 18/87 gearing (4.88 gear ratio) to a 32/69 gearing (2.15 gear ratio).
Overall, the car just kept getting faster in MPH, even though the ET seemed to stagnate around the 3.10sec range. However, the wind picking up and a softer launch may have accounted for some of that difference.
