Love how new/fresh/exciting this sport is. Video got me even more excited for my first Open race in Cape Town next month. Will be starting racing in the morning, so seeing James prep for an evening race was an interesting contrast. Think I'd struggle with all those hours of build-up and wouldn't be able to sleep after the race 😅 Just need to continue getting in more running each week and decide which shoes to race in...
