The car is still in Dubai. Anyone who thought Romania could just DEMAND the UAE to find and send them a 5 million dollar car must be out of their minds. Besides, the car is not registered to Andrew Tate himself wich makes it nearly impossible to seize it anyway. The car is registered to a company. Also this car could never leave the country without being spotted at the airport. There are literally dozens of spotters at the DXB airport.

He is still technically innocent as he hasn't been found guilty in court yet, but he has been charged for human trafficking, among other charges. He remains locked up due to the ongoing investigation and the threat he poses to the victims who are providing evidence and testimony, per the Romanian government. Also, "innocent until proven guilty" is very much an American saying and he's in Romania. Even then, that saying isn't applicable to our justice system.
