On the INT in the end zone, the LB doesn't tackle him straight away because of the little hitch that Kyler does, the guy is afraid of getting called for unnecessary roughness. So he slightly pulls up, the quickly realizes that Kyler still has the ball and starts to tackle him. Pretty clear example of how some of these rules, and how they are officiated, can really put players in weird binds.

I thought QB mobility was supposed to make OL protection irrelevant. At least that's what Vick Stans in Atlanta told me.

These plays could be used to make a strong argument about how Kyler's height impacts his ability to read defenses. I saw on another channel (s/o AlexRollinsNFL) Kyler's strong tendency towards avoiding intermediate passes over the middle and his inability to come back to secondary reads over the middle in these clips doesn't seem like coincidence. In the final clip where he hits the seam, there were no LBs in the throwing lanes and he still hit him outside the seam.

Hey JT! Being a former QB & coach now I love this- wish I had access to this when I was in school lol & just saying I'm 41 now!😆 anyhew love it! I was wondering if you were ever gonna go really old school..like critique Montana's 55-10 master piece..to let's say Ken Anderson or fouts..or why & how coverages, defenses, & reads have changed/ evolved! I know it might be tough to get footage- but just a thought/ idea! Again, love the show & always waiting eagerly! Keep it up brotha!

Someone pointed out that kyler probably can’t see the middle of the field during the play because there’s so many open receivers he doesn’t throw to across the middle.

“If he makes this, it is a career type throw.” He already had one of those-the bomb to Hopkins with no time on the clock while on the move. His career is still in neutral.

What happened in that game was I think pass pro issues rattled Murray early leading to hurried/bad decision making. He was just off all day in that game and I think a lot of had to do with all the pressure he was seeing.

Granted it is Von on the edge there but typically pass pro is focused on stopping inside pressure and their was plenty to indicate to DJ Humphries that 51 coming for the B gap. If DJ would have taken B gap responsibility and let Chase take the edge it should allow Kyler more time than what transpired.

His career is similar to Baker Mayfield EXCEPT Mayfield didn't receive that egregious contract. I can not believe someone(s) made that horrendous deal. I've taken the time to research Murray. First year @ 5-10, second year 8-8, 3rd year 11-6 with playoff, last year 4-13 with injury. I mean... what is the appeal of Murray. I sincerely think he can not see over the big guys. Why does he have the tendency to throw to the edges? Why not down field right in the middle? I do not like how he runs around. It makes him look frightened. Yes, Mahomes does it but Murray is different. I just can not believe the hype with this guy. I sincerely think he's getting exposed. Cardinals have cleaned house after terrible decisions all the way around. What's left? That little fella that wears #1. Look I'm 5'10" & short guys... I'll stop! Let Dobbs play. He's waited & earned it. He's hungry & humble. I can not stand an entitled subpar anything that's an arrogant diva, Yes, I read about his "unfollowing" of the Cardinals on IG. What kind of man does that?

The team played so bad. Kyler immediately was thinking he had to play hero ball on every snap. And with how bad the Oline was...the only chance is if Kyler played hero ball. It was so evident that game that it wasn't his fault. But brain dead idiots saying "kyler sucks". Bruh. Tom Brady would suck with that oline

O line play often has a lot to do with QB checks and pass pro adjustments by the QB at the line.
