I Love Nicholas Cage! I love his resilency to bounce back and never give up. He loves his craft and no matter what the "critics" say, who cares, he's a devoted and extremely talented actor who truly gets Into his role and makes us believe him. Thanks for showing this post.

I like Nicholas , because he has my fathers 1st name. But most of all, because he has worked hard to be who he is as an actor. He certainly is not the run of the mill. He seems very, very temperamental but also very passionate. He is classy looking. Hope he has learned how to invest MONEY and maybe not trust his manager. Love this man....

I always wondered why Cage went from head-liner to B grade when he had obvious talent. Now I know and I have more respect for him and his desire to work his way out of debt. Hopefully he will be given the opportunity to star in A grade movies again.

So true. I first saw Nick in "Birdy". I was very impressed with this young actor who hid his true identity for 10 years. So I knew early on that he was man of principles and integrity. Why the secrecy? Nick wanted to know, needed to know, that if he made it in Hollywood it would be on his own merit. For him it was a matter of honor that no one accuse him of only getting roles in movies bc of his famous uncle. Infact it was some 10 years later that his famous uncle dropped his name to a friend during a meal where they were catching up. He told Francis he was having trouble casting the lead for a role. After hearing what kind of actor he was looking for, Francis said it sounded right up his nephews alley. Intrigued he asked who add he said Nicholas Cage. That was a surprise bc he had seen some of his work. When he asked why Nick wasn't referencing his famous uncle, Francis said the little sh't had principles and wanted to sink or swim on his own merit. Suffice to say he was contacted and Francis said to remember to keep this a secret bc if Nick found out he probably wouldn't show for an interview. Now Francis didn't recount this story until years later. He was proud of Nick and perhaps was ready to brag about his talented nephew. For those interested you should check out his family tree. Aside from the famous Francis & Nick his family has the most members in the entertainment profession. Over 20 in fact. That he is & always will be into castles & magic is one of his most enduring qualities. It is no surprise to me that like, Johnny D & RD Jr he has made his mark despite the Hollywood machine. It isn't a surprise that all 3 are life long friends. Each are uniquely different. They don't fit in any of Hollywood's molds. That uniqueness is why they are at the top of the A list. And respect, honor and class is something they all share. That nameless one tried to destroy Johnny even as his legion of true friends, co-workers and fans stood by his side never wavering in the conviction he was innocent. This case will go down in history as a "landmark". Setting the standard all future cases will fall back to, to above all else shine a light on the fact SA, DV is not gender specific and that what we see on TV is a far cry from what we saw in the courtroom. Just the truth, no acting required.

While I have huge holes in my movie going over the many decades … I will never forget being completely blown away by Leaving Vegas on the big screen! He gave so much to that role I did not know what to say as I had never experienced anything like it and given my parents suicided out of here with all kinds of issues … I was no longer alone walking my own darkest night’s of my own soul. And have loved him for it ever since! Thank you so much for briinging me up to date and delighted by his career that is so crazy unique & inspiring! Yeah, but the his(Lucifer's)story of the americas and the us is a bunch of bull manure. Straight up lies and non sense is what it is. But They do reveal the luciferean secret societies who wrote the lies in American his(Lucifer's) story. Its starts off with a big fat non sense lie - chris columbus didn't prove that the world was a sphere, nor did he discover America. They always knew it was here, columbus just came and claimed the land for the jesus/pope through spain. If he existed at all? The truth is that the govs of the civy lies nations and religions of ju-rome in disguise called christendom, with its foretold apostacy religion Christianity, and lead by the foretold false christs jesuss/ popes - exterminated the rightful keepers of the american lands , stole all of the land from every man woman and child who own the entire earth equally, and conquored and enslaved the survivors in the us . A division of christendom, and a part of the devil's civy lies nations and religions.

City of Angels...ah, yes! Losing my Husband 2.8 years ago has made me think of that movie many times. How very fickle life can be. My John died from Agent Orange exposure, it alters a person's DNA , and many years later, when you least expect it, a switch is flipped, and you have months to live. In that role he chose to become Human. Only to lose the woman he loved more than that life itself. Ironic. And, relatable.

Every year my mother (God Rest Her Soul) and I would have our drinks, make an array of snacks i.e. popcorn, chips, warmed Brie, French Bread and fresh fruit, lay a big blanket on the floor with pillows and and two extra large boxes of Kleenex, then we would watch City of Angels. Every year my beloved mother and I would end up crying our eyes out. It is and in my opinion the most beautiful movie ever made in history. In my beloved mother’s memory, every year on the day she crossed over, 04•04 I continue with the tradition. If there was ever an Angel on Earth it was my extremely beautiful mother who would light up any room she walked into with her loving smile. Thank you so very much Mr. Cage. Your brilliantly bright Spirit has impacted more lives then you could ever possibly imagine. God Bless You. Many Angelick Blessings, Gratitude, Protection, Grace, Light and Universal Love, Jennifer Catherine 🕊💜🕊

It would be great to see the National Treasure movies become a prolific franchise, similar to Mission Impossible and Fast & Furious. Hopefully, Ben & Abigail will get married and have kids, then they can have adventures 😉

The first movie i had seen him in was face off. Even though i was way too young to understand it back then, I rewatched it several times of the past 20 years. Still my all time favorite Nic Cage movie. I don't care what anyone says: He is the best actor to have ever walked this planet.
